"You can't go wrong with Hampton, and Jiaxing is truly beautiful this season! The hotel is located right next to Canal Park, and the drive in already put me in a good mood!
There are several highly-rated restaurants nearby, but it's clear this area is quite desolate now. The two shopping malls next door look like ghost towns, and even the commercial strip downstairs has many closed stores.
There are only two Comfortable Twin Rooms on each floor, and they are diagonally opposite each other. If you're traveling with a group, keep this in mind as you might not be on the same floor. I recommend booking the next room category up. The 'Comfortable' rooms only have two chairs and no sofa.
No need to say much more about Hampton; anyone who's stayed there knows how good it is! The service was also excellent, especially the cleaning lady on the fifteenth floor – she was incredibly nice!"

"The hotel is right in the Moon River Ancient Town and was much better than I expected. It was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was plentiful. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices didn't go up too much. The hotel itself is quite spacious, and the architecture within the hotel grounds, with its white walls and black tiles, blends in perfectly. It's also less crowded than the ancient town, making me feel like the hotel itself was more worthwhile than the town."

"Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The value for money is exceptional, making my trip to Jiaxing incredibly comfortable!
**Service**: The service was excellent, very warm and polite. When my remote ran out of battery, they came to replace it even though it was very late, and they never entered my room without permission, showing great respect for privacy.
**Environment**: The space is very large, and the bathroom is also spacious. For a hotel at this price point, the toilet paper in the restroom was even folded into a triangle for easy pulling!
**Facilities**: There's a small round table, and the TV supports screen mirroring. The air conditioning heats up quickly and works very well."

"Came with my kids, and it's great for ordering takeout; the robot delivery is super convenient, and sometimes a staff member brings it, and their attitude is good. The environment is also pretty nice. The only downside is the breakfast buffet, which is really bad and has very few options. Luckily, it wasn't crowded, even on a Sunday, with plenty of empty seats when I went at 9 AM. I suggest adding some chicken nuggets, which kids love, or prawn crackers. Everything else was fine, but the floor is really slippery, so be careful. Shery provided excellent service, and I'd come back again. Yesterday, I saw penguins at Nanhu Tiandi and absolutely loved the 'Sui Yin Ji Liang' there. Anyway, it's better than the Four Points by Sheraton, where you have to go downstairs yourself to pick up takeout, and the air isn't as good, though it is a bit more value for money."

"Wonderful hotel. The decor and layout of the hotel feels very sophisticated. I was pleased with the size of the room and the comfy bed. Outside there are plenty of food options and even some bars. Jiaxing is not very big so the location is fine, anything you might want is walking distance or a 10 minute taxi ride away."

There was some loud male voice automatic talking outside (like some recorded story in Chinese), so I was not able to fall asleep long time as the result. After a friendly phone call with the customer service lady, the young and handsome Xiao Wan was already waiting for me at the parking lot, making check-in smooth. The itinerary arrangements were professional, detailed, and thoughtful. The service team was vibrant and caring: Xiao Fu, Xiao Zhong, Xiao Ai, and Xiao Zhang were all wonderful and warm encounters. PPamela Chong MeisiStayed at Splendid Clubhouse for 2 nights, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip to China. I highly recommend slowing down and fully enjoying the serene, scenic surroundings this property offers—it’s an experience in itself.
From the moment I booked, the service was exceptional. My personal butler, Xiao Shen, reached out a day before my arrival to coordinate everything, including arranging for a seamless pick-up at the Scenic Area. Throughout my stay, Xiao Shen was attentive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was taken care of—from daily arrangements to recommending great dining options.
Do make it a point to dine within the hotel, especially at Jin An Si Fang Cai (锦岸私房菜)—the food was outstanding. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the view from my room was simply breathtaking, overlooking beautiful spring blooms.
Breakfast was another standout experience. It was incredibly delicious and thoughtfully curated, with multiple courses that were so satisfying I could easily skip lunch. Guests select their breakfast in advance, and everything is promptly served upon arrival at the restaurant, making the experience both seamless and indulgent.
Overall, the impeccable service, stunning views, and attention to detail made this an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend Splendid Clubhouse to anyone looking for a peaceful and elevated retreat.

IIveeeTheir service is top-notched! Dedicated butler add you to WeChat group, you can contact him anytime. Really impressive. Probably the place is an ancient water town, the design is rather old fashioned as you see in my photos. Cleanliness was okay, not extremely clean, acceptable. We were there and it was raining heavily so was hard to explore Wuzhen. Will visit them again if we have a chance. Thank you to the team!

GGinny YapThis was by far our favourite hotel during our trip (and we stayed in 5 hotels, some double the price of this). Initially I was apprehensive as I didn't really like the style of the room and preferred something simpler and cleaner looking but everything was so well done and executed, it ended up being almost impossible to leave the room because it was just so incredibly cosy and comfortable! (be warned haha.). We even got upgraded to a much larger room despite staying just 1 night! The river view from the window at night was lovely and the breakfast was abundant as well! Though we would have preferred if it was served slower as most of our food got cold since they were all brought out almost at the same time LOL. Hotel also has a gorgeous garden and the overall place is gorgeous!
I also saw various reviews about the butler Xiao Wei and thought it might have been one of those review us and mention our names to get a free gift thing that's popular these days but nope. Xiao Wei really was the pièce de résistance of this establishment and made our stay 100% even better than it was 🥹. He was friendly and approachable, kind and extremely sincere in every way - and his service was by far the best we've ever encountered in any hotel around the world. On the last day I found out that Wuzhen specializes in a specific Chrysanthemum tea but I couldn't seem to find it. I texted him asking if he knew which shops had it and he offered to bring me to a gift shop that was located at the exit. Instead, he surprised me with a bag of it when I texted him just 30 minutes before checking out.
We'll definitely come back and stay at the Eden Club soon! In fact, it would likely be mainly because of Xiao Wei and how cared for we felt hahaha.

GGuest UserI absolutely loved this hotel! It was within walking distance from the high speed train station. The room was very spacious and luxurious. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food with elements of both Chinese and Western cuisine. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Tongxiang.

ZZawLOTong'an locate at one of the best location, convenient for visiting the whole place without wasting time and energy.
Facilities are great and cleanliness are at high standard.
One particluar thing worth to mention with our gratitude here is - hotel staffs' honesty. We forgetfully and carelessly left an envelope with cash 1000 Yuan when we checked out and we realized about it only next day. When we called and checked, they told us that housekeeping staffs found and passed it to the front desk. They made the transfer back to my AliPay account immediately without any delay.
Their honesty and swift action are highly commendable and we aee very glad to recognize and recommend for Tong'an Inn and its staffs. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe room was spotless and well-equipped. The location is fantastic, right next to Gate 2. There's free parking available in the backyard, and a big plus is that the parking spots even have EV chargers (slow charging)! The in-house restaurant on the ground floor is incredibly convenient, offering delicious food at very reasonable prices. The owners and their family are incredibly kind and welcoming; they were so thoughtful, even giving us a box of local specialties when we checked out. They also offered excellent advice for exploring the scenic area and even provided private car pick-up and drop-off to the Dongzha Scenic Area. Overall, our stay at this guesthouse was absolutely wonderful! We highly, highly recommend it!

LluckydoyThe rooms and beds were quite spacious, but nothing really wowed me. Let me mention a few things I wasn't happy with. The so-called 'kids' paradise' at this family hotel was just a tiny inflatable bouncy castle – quite a letdown. The towels and bath towels were a bit old. In one room, there were only a few tissues left in the box. I'd specifically requested a non-smoking room, but one of the rooms had a distinct smoke smell upon entering. Also, I'm not sure if the booking deposit was collected by the hotel or the platform. Firstly, they charged the room fee again during check-in, plus a security deposit. Secondly, after checking out at noon, the booking deposit wasn't returned until I chased them for it in the afternoon.
