Stepping out, I could take in both the city skyline and the canal views. It's the plum rain season, and seeing Jiaxing through the drizzle gave it a unique, classic Jiangnan charm. And to top it off, I absolutely loved the Huangbaobao Guizhou street hotpot downstairs at the hotel – completely exceeded my expectations! The quality of the beef and the authentic Guizhou ingredients had me going back for a second round! What, you think I'm getting off-topic?"

"The hotel stands alone by Nanhu Lake, offering direct access to the lakeside greenway with a room card. It's lovely to stroll along the path in the mornings and evenings, enjoying the breeze. The hotel's own scenery is also beautiful, with charming bridges, flowing water, and attractive landscaping. It's not far from Nanhu Tiandi; we walked back after dinner there. The room was spacious and very comfortable, just like the pictures, with a 2-meter bed that easily accommodated 2 adults and 1 child. There's a minibar in the room, but **⚠️some items are chargeable, and there's a price list in the drawer⚠️**. The restaurant is quite large, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good, with the mini wontons being particularly tasty. We even received a complimentary gift when we checked out."

"When I first checked into the room, I was quite excited. It was during the May Day holiday, and by using points, I only had to pay an additional 1195 RMB to stay in a 140㎡ grand suite. However, the greater the expectation, the greater the disappointment~ Parking was very convenient. Guests staying at the hotel could have their QR code scanned at the front desk for free parking [parking in Yuehe Ancient Town is quite difficult]~ The check-in process at the front desk was also smooth. We received our room cards, and a staff member helped us with our luggage and led us to our room. Perhaps this wasn't a popular room type, as the staff member initially led us in the wrong direction [he wasn't very familiar with the layout]~ Then, problems started to emerge: 1. This 'Near Moon Suite' is next to the bar street. It was already clear that this room type could be noisy, and earplugs were provided [which were completely useless]. The resonance of the sound system is not something a small pair of earplugs can fix. It wasn't until after midnight that the loud shouts finally subsided. Since it's facing the street, the wooden windows were preserved. Couldn't they have used a higher-grade broken bridge aluminum silent system for the inner casement windows? There was absolutely no soundproofing. 2. The room didn't even have a small refrigerator. On such a hot day, for a room at this price point, not having a refrigerator is unacceptable. 3. Both bathtubs had broken drains. There was no hot water for a long time. We contacted the front desk, a technician came to fix it, and finally, we had hot water. Since the drains were broken, they gave us two disposable bathtub liners. The technician said this wouldn't affect bathing and was even more hygienic. 4. There was only one bedside with an outlet, and it was a power strip fixed to the bedside later on, very close to the bed. Larger charging heads couldn't be plugged in. The person sleeping on the other side had to use their own power bank to charge their devices. 5. There were two or three phones in the room, but only one was working. The others didn't even make a beeping sound. 6. In the toilet, the chain connecting the flush button to the water tank was disconnected, so I had to manually connect it myself. 7. The water from the shower head was as tiny as teardrops. The best water flow in the entire room was from the sink faucet, which splashed everywhere. There were so many complaints, I can't even list them all. Let's talk about the positives: Early the next morning, breakfast started at 7 AM. During this time, you could wander around the inn. The unique江南 (Jiangnan) scenery was captured in my camera. There was no one around because tourists were either sleeping or in the restaurant. This was the best time to enjoy the view~"

"Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The value for money is exceptional, making my trip to Jiaxing incredibly comfortable! **Service**: The service was excellent, very warm and polite. When my remote ran out of battery, they came to replace it even though it was very late, and they never entered my room without permission, showing great respect for privacy. **Environment**: The space is very large, and the bathroom is also spacious. For a hotel at this price point, the toilet paper in the restroom was even folded into a triangle for easy pulling! **Facilities**: There's a small round table, and the TV supports screen mirroring. The air conditioning heats up quickly and works very well."

The room was neat and clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a small mirror in the shower, which was super convenient for applying face masks while showering – a brilliant touch! I chose a room on the 7th floor, and the view outside was expansive and lovely. The environment was quiet, and I slept really well at night. The only drawback was the breakfast; personally, I'd say it only met a 4-star standard. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were very warm and even greeted my child when they saw them."

"The hotel has a good location and convenient parking. Facilities: The hotel's facilities still bear the hallmarks of its previous incarnation as an Ibis, with many signs of wear. The shower switch was broken, so I couldn't use the handheld showerhead. The transparent glass bathroom was inconvenient. Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene was acceptable. Environment: The overall impression was not good. Service: I booked a window room, but upon check-in, I was given a windowless room that had a strong odor. They are not trustworthy. Some of the breakfast dishes were cold."

"I spontaneously used a flash deal voucher and stumbled upon a newly opened hidden gem of a hotel. My entire experience far exceeded expectations, and I just have to rave about it! What truly impressed me was how pet-friendly it is! Bringing my little dog was completely stress-free. The room came equipped with a full set of pet amenities: a small tent bed, food and water bowls, and pee pads – everything! I didn't have to lug around any pet supplies, which is a huge plus for pet owners. My furry friend was super comfortable. The hotel's public areas are designed with a sophisticated yet cozy feel. Arching corridors paired with transparent floor-to-ceiling windows, and hydrangea floral arrangements placed everywhere created an incredible ambiance. It's a photographer's dream! The hotel even offers a complimentary travel photography service. The photographer was professional and excellent at guiding poses, so the original photos looked fantastic. Every shot looked effortlessly beautiful, exceeding my expectations! The dining experience was also incredibly impressive: The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, a blend of Chinese and Western options. There was salmon, bacon, Western cheeses, fresh-made wontons with thin wrappers and delicious fillings, smooth and comforting porridge, and soft, glutinous siu mai for dim sum. From light congee to hot dishes and appetizers, the selection was vast, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. Our stay also included a complimentary Chinese lunch. We added two local specialty dishes: tender water caltrop from Nanhu and minced pork with eggplant. These were authentic Jiangnan flavors; the eggplant was stewed to perfection and incredibly flavorful, while the water caltrop was sweet and refreshing. Every dish was a hit, and the taste was spot-on. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Cindy. Her service was attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. She proactively communicated our needs before check-in and was always available during our stay, patiently and meticulously resolving any issues. The room amenities were comprehensive, and the attention to detail was excellent, making our stay comfortable and reassuring. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'll definitely ask for Cindy next time! The service experience was perfect. The overall hardware facilities were brand new and spotless. The room was spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the lighting and ventilation were excellent. The only minor regret was that the hotel didn't have a mahjong room. My friends traveling with me had hoped to play a few rounds after dinner, so that was a slight drawback. Aside from that small imperfection, everything about this trip – the food, accommodation, environment, service, and pet facilities – was impeccable. It offers fantastic value for money and is a top choice for pet-owning families. I'll definitely be back with my dog next time!"

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just three tram stops from Jiaxing Station. Right across the street are the Catholic Church and Zicheng Relic Park. Moon River is about 1.5 kilometers north, easily reachable on foot or by taking bus routes 18 or You 1 from directly opposite the hotel. Getting to Nanhu Lake is also convenient; just hop on bus 81 or You 8 downstairs. The hotel service is very good, with a generous welcome fruit platter and prompt water delivery. The front desk staff are warm and attentive. However, for a hotel of this size, there's no concierge service; luggage storage is simply handled at the front desk. I particularly want to commend the hotel's breakfast, served on the 25th-floor revolving restaurant. The food is incredibly diverse, with a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. Near Bingshan Park, there's a Wu Fang Zhai flagship store where you can order freshly wrapped and cooked wontons, as well as clay pot noodles, all about a ten-minute walk from the hotel."

"Family weekend getaway. The hotel is in a quiet spot but still very central. It's not far from the highway exit and close to Nanhu Scenic Area. The hotel manages the underground parking, which was super convenient for us as we drove. The staff were really welcoming and always greeted us warmly!"
