Hhoangha2907Our stay at Wuzhen Baifuyuan Hotel was breathtaking. The aesthetic is exceptionally beautiful, centered around a meticulous Buddha theme. From the hand-painted mural in the grand hall to every corner that feels like a curated artwork, the historical and collectible value of every item is palpable.
Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a large, stunning room. Jessi welcomed us by the fireplace—a perfect touch in the chilly weather—with delicious tea and snacks. Her hospitality was overwhelming; she cooked us yummy noodles for lunch, helped book the Xizha Scenic Area, and even drove us to and from the site.
The breakfast was superb and delicious. We also enjoyed a brief chat with the owner (laoban) and admired the dedicated lady tending to every plant. Jessi even organized a taxi to Suzhou and gifted us a personalized tea cup with our surname in Chinese. We only wish we spoke more Chinese to connect deeper with such wonderful people!

GGuest UserThis is, without a doubt, the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The value for money is absolutely spot on in every aspect.
I wanted a comfortable stay within the scenic area, so I booked an on-site hotel. After comparing several options, I decided on the Tide Resort Hotel. The moment I arrived, I experienced what true exceptional service feels like. There was a dedicated staff member managing the shuttle bus at the hotel entrance, and as soon as I walked in, someone was there to help with my luggage. During check-in, the front desk upgraded my room for free and patiently explained how to use the services included in my package. Later, I encountered a small issue and asked the front desk for help. Without a second thought, they immediately upgraded us to a suite after confirming the problem. They even had a staff member accompany us to view the new room and help with our luggage. We were absolutely astonished by their generosity and hospitality – truly a home away from home.
The room was spacious and very clean. There were welcome fruits on the coffee table, and the bedside mood lighting was lovely. It also featured a large bathtub, and the minibar was complimentary, stocked with various drinks and a bottle of beer. The TV offered unlimited access to a wide selection of movies.
The breakfast restaurant was huge, offering a diverse array of options including salads, breads, cold dishes, and fresh squeezed juices, all with plenty of choices. They also had freshly carved ham and steak. It's rare to find a breakfast spot that serves three different types of pizza!
In four words: Unforgettable and captivating.

GGuest UserI absolutely loved this hotel! It was within walking distance from the high speed train station. The room was very spacious and luxurious. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food with elements of both Chinese and Western cuisine. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Tongxiang.

ZZawLOTong'an locate at one of the best location, convenient for visiting the whole place without wasting time and energy.
Facilities are great and cleanliness are at high standard.
One particluar thing worth to mention with our gratitude here is - hotel staffs' honesty. We forgetfully and carelessly left an envelope with cash 1000 Yuan when we checked out and we realized about it only next day. When we called and checked, they told us that housekeeping staffs found and passed it to the front desk. They made the transfer back to my AliPay account immediately without any delay.
Their honesty and swift action are highly commendable and we aee very glad to recognize and recommend for Tong'an Inn and its staffs. Thank you.

The breakfast spread is fantastic – I highly recommend taking advantage of the hotel's breakfast. Afterward, you can check out Zaocha Ke, where you can order individual breakfast items à la carte... it's not too expensive either.

The hotel is also very close to Wuzhen, just a ten-minute taxi ride away. It's incredibly quiet, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep.
The hotel offers a travel photography service, and the staff were incredibly warm and professional, using disposable sterilized tools – highly recommend! The photographer was also super professional, providing a wonderful emotional experience. The shooting atmosphere was excellent, not awkward at all, and every shot looked like a masterpiece. Super highly recommended, I'll definitely come back if I get the chance!
