📍Wuzhen Scenic Area A highly recommended hotel! It's super convenient, just a 2-minute drive from the West Scenic Zone, and they offer a very thoughtful shuttle service. The dining is a major highlight; it's not your typical buffet. Instead, they prepare authentic local specialties tailored to your preferences. Then there's the ambiance and culture: the unique portrait of 'Zaki Lamu, the ******* Goddess of Wealth' is a must-take photo op! Many small items in the hotel, from the raw materials to the DIY designed furniture and ornaments, are personally selected and crafted by the owner. Plus, there's a really impressive sound system. The rocking horse is a big hit with the kids, and the treasure-filled 4th floor has an art studio that's quite an eye-opener. Each room has different furniture, and the beds are all made from antique boat wood, giving each room a unique style. Some small decorations in the rooms are also DIY. It's not quite a guesthouse but not quite a club, and definitely not a club but not quite a guesthouse – truly one-of-a-kind and highly recommended!

The hotel is very new with elegant decor. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the view from the window seats is fantastic. The breakfast restaurant is spacious, so I doubt there would be a queue even during peak season. The room was spotless; the cleaning staff did an excellent job and were very generous with replenishing toiletries daily. The staff at the hotel bar on the second floor were all very friendly. Their cocktails were delicious, especially the new ones, and the drink names were quite creative. The bar's live singer was excellent, even better than those in the ancient town's bars. The concierge team was very welcoming, all young and efficient with luggage. The front desk manager was noticeably more enthusiastic than the regular front desk staff. As for the customer service via WeChat, they answered all my questions, but I felt there was a lack of proactive service and a personal touch. The outdoor pool has a great view. I hope the executive lounge and the bar next to the terrace pool open for business soon.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

Cons: The bedding was uncomfortable; the duvet was heavy and unwieldy. The air conditioning was very noisy; I had to turn it off to sleep at night and woke up hot in the morning. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear conversations from next door clearly, though thankfully it quieted down after midnight. The man who checked me in at the front desk had a strong body odor. Pros: It's clear that the hotel room's original design and construction used high-quality materials. The hotel location is quite convenient for getting around. The lotus pond downstairs is very beautiful. The breakfast staff were very enthusiastic and professional.

Extremely satisfied with the service, especially with our contact person, Wang Yue. She was incredibly thoughtful, like a family member! For someone like me who doesn't do much research, she clearly explained the highlights of various attractions in a short amount of time. My stay at Pullman Haining was absolutely fantastic this time around! ✨ The lobby boasts an elegant and grand design, with mustard yellow sofas complementing artistic floor tiles, giving it a truly stylish vibe. The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of lush greenery, making for an incredible dining experience with amazing ambiance. The room details were also thoughtfully done; the toiletries were high-quality, and the towels were clean and soft. The floral arrangements in the public areas were exquisitely crafted, exuding sophistication everywhere you looked. The service was attentive and considerate, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Haining!

The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay. The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch.

I booked the courtyard view room for a three-day, two-night stay, and for a staycation, it was a bit disappointing. Service: The hotel didn't offer a butler service, and no one informed us about the available activities. I had to ask about the travel photography, and only stumbled upon the tie-dye activity by chance. I have no idea what else there might have been. The welcome fruit in the room was just the three items shown in the picture, not the nougat and tea mentioned in other reviews. Maybe my membership tier wasn't high enough? >_< There was no pre-departure call, but I did receive a call asking for feedback after checking out. For the travel photography, they offered 5 free photos, and additional ones were 80 yuan each, with discounts for bulk purchases. The photographer did a good job. However, the 'fine-tuning' felt like a one-click edit; a hole in the umbrella prop was still visible in the retouched photos, which was quite sloppy >_<. When I inquired about buying all the original photos, I was told it was also 80 yuan per photo, so I decided against it. In the end, I bought 35 photos and got a 15% discount. On the positive side, The hotel itself is beautiful and very photogenic. The Sanbai Bar has a great atmosphere and isn't crowded. You can charge drinks to your room, and in-house guests get a 10% discount. Breakfast variety was also quite good, with cheese, ham, and salmon available. Several made-to-order items were offered à la carte, which helped avoid queues.

1. Location - Very convenient and near the old city, dining is within 5-10 minutes walk, the bus to Hangzhou is also near, the entrance to Wuzhen scenic area is very near. 2. Room - the toilet smell of urine and I wanted to wash the smell away but there was no waste hole. Probably the housekeeper just mopped the toilet. The next day the smell cleared. AirCon is good especially on a very warm and humid day. 3. Front desk - helpful on directions and advise on buying entrance tickets, tips, and also how to buy the bus ticket to Hangzhou.

I stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!
