Pros:
1: Super quiet. It's located at the very end of Xizha, right next to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, so there are very few tourists. Basically, only hotel guests stroll around this area.
2: Amazing environment. The hotel's exterior is lush and green, and the interior is clean and tidy.
3: Convenient transportation. You can take the free sightseeing shuttle, which runs 24/7, with stops on both the south and north lines, allowing you to hop on and off anytime. It's even convenient to go to Wucun; it only takes a few minutes by shuttle, and they pick you up after a day of fun.
4: Wide variety of dining options, and delicious 😋. The breakfast even has freshly grilled steak, and the selection is rich. The dinner buffet is especially lavish, with free-flowing cocktails, wine, and beer. You can feast on seafood, and the crawfish of various flavors are large and well-seasoned. The Japanese restaurant, which is always open, is super delicious 😋. The Chinese restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, with great taste and excellent service. The bar at night has live music, creating a fantastic atmosphere.
5: The hotel facilities are complete and comfortable. After all, it's a newly opened hotel. The rooms are spacious, bright, and comfortable, and there's a fitness center. The indoor pool is clean, and the outdoor infinity pool is incredibly beautiful for photos!
6: You must book the hotel's traditional sculling boat afternoon tea! It's 788 for one boat, seating 4 people. The afternoon tea, as pictured, is quite delicious 😋, with a selection of coffee, tea, milk, and chocolate milk. This boat is different from the boats in the scenic area, and 788 is totally worth it! You absolutely have to experience it.

EEUC riderFantastic rooms. Very large and well appointed. Restaurants don’t do well for vegans but otherwise fine. Service in the Paulaner bar was slow with only one server the evening we tried it. It’s not cheap but it’s very good value for what you get. I’ve stayed twice and would definitely stay again. Recommended if you want to be near the train station.

HHarold LHRFirst off, I'm someone who's quite particular about accommodation when I travel. So, when I came to Tongxiang, I chose the only five-star hotel available. Let's start with the positives: the location is great, the room cleanliness is excellent – the housekeeping staff are very diligent. Someone even opened the car door for me when I arrived. All the expected services were provided, and the room was more comfortable than I anticipated.
Now for the negatives: I've lived abroad for many years and this was my first time in Tongxiang. In the morning, I asked if I could have breakfast in Tower A because what I eat isn't what I saw online, so I wasn't aware there might even be a difference in breakfast offerings between Tower A and Tower B. As an outsider, I didn't know; I just thought they were two separate buildings. The female receptionists all had good attitudes. However, there was one male staff member – I don't know if he thought I was being difficult for staying in Tower B, or what. I don't believe I'm overthinking his demeanor. I'd spoken with the front desk over the phone, and this gentleman, both before I returned to China and today during check-out, had a very arrogant attitude. I didn't get a good look at his name or ID badge because I was rushing to catch my flight, otherwise I definitely would have filed a complaint against him.
Overall, the experience was good. The hotel facilities, environment, everything was great. You can tell it's a well-established 5-star hotel with a lot of care put into it.

✨✨xintiantian✨This was my first time in Wuzhen, and since I was driving and unfamiliar with parking, I tried to contact the hotel in advance, but couldn't get through – their phone just kept ringing. I reached out to Trip.com customer service, and they responded quickly, sending me directions and the exact location of the parking lot, which made navigation much easier. Big thanks to Trip.com! When I arrived at the Wuzhen customer service center at 1 PM, the parking lot was almost full, and the roads were closed off. I circled the scenic area entrance twice, unable to find a spot. I must give a special shout-out to the traffic police officer at the main entrance of Wuzhen; he was incredibly accommodating and moved the closed road barrier for me, allowing me to enter the multi-story parking garage smoothly. For first-time visitors like me, who struggle to find parking at the main gate, this officer's humane management was truly a lifesaver! Once I got to the hotel, all my previous frustrations vanished. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; I honestly think it's the best-located hotel I've ever chosen for a trip, making it super easy to explore Wuzhen. Although the room wasn't huge, it was spotlessly clean! The facilities were also well-thought-out, and even the cups on the vanity were beautiful!

The shuttle service, allowing us to hop on and off anytime, was a real lifesaver. The Wangjinli Hotel, where we stayed, was excellent in terms of service, facilities, cleanliness, and food. They even promptly helped us retrieve a forgotten item. Many thanks to the hotel staff for their warmth and assistance. Highly recommended!

The staff were all smiles and provided quick service, making me feel like a VIP! The environment was neat and orderly, and the room was so well-arranged, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The hotel's ambiance is exceptionally elegant, and the room was spotless, with every corner reflecting thoughtfulness and attention to detail – absolutely fantastic! It truly warms your heart. The amenities are comprehensive, and the toiletries are top-notch, giving you peace of mind. The breakfast spread was dazzlingly diverse, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options to satisfy all tastes.

GGuest UserThe hotel's design is truly exceptional, clearly a masterpiece. However, there are still some details that could use improvement.
For instance, there's no welcome drink in the lobby; at the very least, there should be a water bar. Having to ask staff for bottled water feels a bit... awkward.
The room design is also something to look forward to, the only downside being that the large-sized toiletries in the shower are jammed, making them very difficult to squeeze. It would be more user-friendly to either switch to an automatic dispenser or smaller bottles.
Additionally, the Eggs Benedict at breakfast looked a bit unappetizing and the taste was just mediocre.
Overall, I'm still satisfied. I hope that in addition to the excellent hardware, the details can also keep up!

GGuest UserThe room's location is excellent, very close to Wuzhen Xizha Scenic Area. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk there. Plus, there are plenty of dining options and shops downstairs, which is super convenient. It's not far from Xizha, Dongzha, and Nanzha either, making it very accessible. As for the room itself, the decor and ambiance are great, and it's very clean. If I get the chance to visit again, I'd definitely stay here. We had a slight issue with the room during our stay, but the guesthouse owner was incredibly generous and upgraded us immediately.

GGuest UserI stayed in Haiyan for two days on a business trip. Although it was cold outside, the room was warm, large and cozy. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!
