For visitors planning to explore Xizha Scenic Area, this spot is incredibly convenient, saving a significant amount of time and effort. **Pleasant Ambiance** * The guesthouse maintains a consistently clean and tidy environment. The Shuixiang Youth Hostel was under maintenance, so we received a complimentary upgrade to a Balcony King Room at Zhenshui Resort Hotel. The hotel facilities seemed a bit dated, and the walls had some noticeable stains. The bathroom was also on the smaller side. However, our overall stay was very pleasant, and these minor points didn't significantly impact our experience. Given its location within the scenic area, this hotel is genuinely affordable and offers excellent value for money. Both the check-in and luggage transfer services were convenient and prompt. Breakfast could be swapped for Zaochake (from 7:30 to 9:30 AM). While the food itself was quite ordinary, it was a unique experience as you could watch a performance. We're very grateful for the free upgrade, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view from our balcony. Highly recommended.

Our stay in Wuzhen was absolutely fantastic! The guesthouse was clean and tidy, and the room was cozy with thoughtful touches. The owner/staff were incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the main attractions of the ancient town, perfect for those who want to really soak in its charm. Next time I'm in Wuzhen, I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

I booked the Five Lakes Riverside Balcony Room with Main Channel View and Bathroom at Regalia Riverside for Dec 30 and 31, 2025. The room looks exactly as it does in the photos. The balcony has plug ins, teapot, teacups and tea prepared for you. Across the balcony, you can see the famous bridge and the boat station. You can also see up and down the channel. Room size is good for 2 persons. In the room is a heater/AC which worked perfectly and Ms. Sun also kindly turned on the heater since she knew my arrival time. The room has a kettle but no cups, coffee. Luckily I had brought my own. Also, know that the hotel does not provide breakfast - not a problem for me but for those we eat breakfast, just step outside. Location is perfect, it's in the heart of ancient town so easy to walk everywhere. Outside your door is snack street and at the end of the street is a ”food court”. Despite it's central location and opposite of the boat station, the noise was manageable. When I closed the balcony doors, I didn't hear anything (maybe too cold for people to loiter around?). Everyone was very nice and kind. Ms. Sun went out of her way to help me with my return bus ticket to Hangzhou, giving me directions on how to arrive at the hotel/meeting point where she waited for me, and her colleague even walked and waited for my car when I departed for Hangzhou. Going from Hangzhou to Xitang was an adventure as I read many different versions and my hotel told me another in my research. All in all, i highly recommend Regalia and Xitang! Location: Right by Nanhu Lake, convenient transportation. You can take a leisurely stroll along the lake in the morning, which is very pleasant. Parking: Spacious parking; you can park for free by entering your license plate number at the front desk. Rooms: Very clean and tidy, with an elevator, bright windows, and it stays clean even at night. Most importantly, the price-performance ratio is incredibly high! Highly recommended! Service: The landlady is very friendly and attentive. She even proactively arranged for us to have two rooms on the same floor. You can also easily reach out to the front desk if needed, which is much more convenient than some guesthouses without a front desk!

Highly recommend this Wuzhen guesthouse! The location is absolutely amazing, just a few minutes' walk directly to the scenic area, so you don't have to rush early or lug your luggage around. The courtyard has an antique charm with rockeries and flowing water, creating a fantastic atmosphere that truly immerses you in the Jiangnan water town experience. They even offer traditional costume rental on-site, saving you the hassle and cost of renting elsewhere. Super high value for money, definitely the top choice for accommodation in Wuzhen!

Highly, highly recommended! The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to the entrance of Wuzhen, inside the archway (it's really quiet inside, unlike outside where there are many touts). You can get there directly by bus, and you can re-enter the scenic area multiple times. This means you can wait until after 9 PM when it's less crowded to explore at your leisure. Although the hotel is a bit older, the rooms are spacious, offer views of greenery, and are very clean. The bathroom is also bright and spotless. I was a bit worried about noise isolation before coming, but it was absolutely not an issue. After 10 PM, Wuzhen can still be quite noisy with many restaurants and bars open, but back at the hotel, I didn't hear a sound and slept so well I even missed breakfast. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service!

The room is generally satisfied, the price is very cost-effective, the only downside of the hotel is that the air outside the elevator on the first floor needs to be improved, the smell is a smell of urine, very heavy, I hope to improve it, it will be better, breakfast is simple, the whole can be, breakfast downstairs is over, auntie let me pack some, Very good, it is convenient to take a taxi to Shanghai Lego Amusement Park
