I traveled to Xinxing on the 2nd. This was my first time to Xinxing. I stayed for two nights. I had a good overall impression of the hotel. Whether it was the front desk, the hot spring pool or the cleaning staff, they were all polite and greeted with a smile. They were of high quality and made people feel at home. The attractions around the hotel were the Sixth Patriarch Holy Land, Xiangwo Mountain, Chancheng Town, etc., all of which were good. Because it has rained recently, there are not many tourists. The weather is very cool! I went to the hotel restaurant for dinner at about 7:30 on the first night. The ingredients were fresh, the dishes were served quickly, and the price-performance ratio was good. On the second night, I had dinner at a farm not far from the hotel. It was almost nine o'clock when I returned to the hotel. It didn't take long for me to feel itchy on both palms. I thought I was bitten by a mosquito. Slowly, my ears and neck itched. I realized that I was allergic. I wanted to find ** to deliver medicine, but I couldn't find one that could deliver medicine immediately. JD's urgent delivery of medicine also failed. But the hotel was far away, and the pharmacy closed early. I called the front desk, and the front desk was anxious about me. They immediately asked the driver to send a car to take me to the nearest health center for medical treatment. It didn't take long for me to arrive at the Liuzu Town Health Center. I got a butt injection, and took three doses of oral desensitization medicine and vitamin C. The medicine cost 14 yuan. The driver waited until I finished the medical treatment and then took me back to the hotel. When I was in the car, I felt that my hands were not so itchy. Not long after returning to the hotel, the two lumps caused by allergies behind my ears gradually disappeared. I was so happy. The most important thing is that the hotel did not charge me an additional service fee for sending me to the hospital. I am very grateful! It is very heartwarming. I must give a big thumbs up ❤️❤️❤️🌹🌷🌺 As for the hot springs, because in order to accommodate the children, they are basically in the children's pool. The children are young, and the pools over 39 degrees are not far away, so I have not enjoyed other pools. I have a little regret and will go to soak next time.

The hotel's location is pretty good, with lots of snack stalls downstairs creating a lively atmosphere. Being on a higher floor, the view is quite nice. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good too!

The hotel facilities are excellent, the air conditioning is very cool, and it's great value for money. The WiFi is strong, the environment is nice, and the location is good. I especially loved the room with its own bathtub; it made my stay completely worry-free. Check-in was quick, and the hotel service was consistently excellent. Parking is very convenient. Highly recommended for families needing to stay at a hotel!

Family outing, more than expected full and happy! Staying during the Qingming Festival, there are not many tourists, and the overall experience is very comfortable. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and intimate service. On the first day we entered the scenic spot, the children can copy the scriptures for free, which is a very special experience. In the evening, I just ran into a fireworks show, and the children were so excited! After that, I rented an electric car to play in the park, and the two children were reluctant to leave. On the second day, I went to the unpowered park to play early. The children put enough electricity and were super happy. After checking out, I have time, and then I will bury the free hot spring. Adults and children will relax. The two-day itinerary is all within 15 minutes of walking distance. It is rich and not in a hurry. I really recommend family travelers!

Even more commendable were the room's smart features: electronic door locks, one-touch dialing, intelligent digital lighting, automatic curtains, and an anti-fog mirror in the bathroom, showcasing the convenience and human-centered design of technology. A large LCD TV paired with multimedia broadband internet made leisure time enjoyable. Furthermore, the hotel provides ample private parking and charging spaces, making it extremely convenient for drivers and electric vehicle owners. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. Breakfast exceeded my expectations, offering not only a rich buffet of Chinese and Western dishes, but also handmade rice noodle rolls, steaming hot soup, and freshly ground coffee—a perfect blend of rustic charm and high-quality dining, infusing the beautiful morning with vitality. In short, the Luoding Star Hotel perfectly embodies the philosophy of ”everything centered around you,” from the comfort of the environment and the smart technology of its facilities to the warmth of its service. The hotel is very close to the Sixth Patriarch Zen Temple, about 500-600 meters away. There's a hot spring at the hotel, located on the hill behind it, and quite a few people were enjoying it. The hotel breakfast was good, with freshly cooked rice noodles, wontons, and many snacks and desserts. The hotel was very clean. Worth staying here again.
