Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas. While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs. This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊

It was my first time to stay in a space capsule homestay with my family. It was quite novel. The house had daylight on three sides. Hard to give a review.. this hotel is really dated, but it is probably the best you can get in the city centre. location is good, full of shopping and food options surrounded. other than this, nothing much. furnitures are old and dated design, fridge and safe cannot be used. basically, expect nothing when staying here.
