GGuest UserI traveled to Xinxing on the 2nd. This was my first time to Xinxing. I stayed for two nights.
I had a good overall impression of the hotel. Whether it was the front desk, the hot spring pool or the cleaning staff, they were all polite and greeted with a smile. They were of high quality and made people feel at home. The attractions around the hotel were the Sixth Patriarch Holy Land, Xiangwo Mountain, Chancheng Town, etc., all of which were good. Because it has rained recently, there are not many tourists. The weather is very cool!
I went to the hotel restaurant for dinner at about 7:30 on the first night. The ingredients were fresh, the dishes were served quickly, and the price-performance ratio was good.
On the second night, I had dinner at a farm not far from the hotel. It was almost nine o'clock when I returned to the hotel. It didn't take long for me to feel itchy on both palms. I thought I was bitten by a mosquito. Slowly, my ears and neck itched. I realized that I was allergic. I wanted to find ** to deliver medicine, but I couldn't find one that could deliver medicine immediately. JD's urgent delivery of medicine also failed. But the hotel was far away, and the pharmacy closed early. I called the front desk, and the front desk was anxious about me. They immediately asked the driver to send a car to take me to the nearest health center for medical treatment. It didn't take long for me to arrive at the Liuzu Town Health Center. I got a butt injection, and took three doses of oral desensitization medicine and vitamin C. The medicine cost 14 yuan. The driver waited until I finished the medical treatment and then took me back to the hotel. When I was in the car, I felt that my hands were not so itchy. Not long after returning to the hotel, the two lumps caused by allergies behind my ears gradually disappeared. I was so happy. The most important thing is that the hotel did not charge me an additional service fee for sending me to the hospital. I am very grateful! It is very heartwarming. I must give a big thumbs up ❤️❤️❤️🌹🌷🌺
As for the hot springs, because in order to accommodate the children, they are basically in the children's pool. The children are young, and the pools over 39 degrees are not far away, so I have not enjoyed other pools. I have a little regret and will go to soak next time.

The hotel environment is very good, the location is easy to find, it is convenient to travel, and it is very convenient to eat and buy things around. The room was cleaned very clean, there was no smell, and the facilities were complete. The front desk lady is very good at serving, check-in and check-out are very fast, and they answer patiently if they have questions.

GGuest UserFacilities: This hotel boasts classic old five-star amenities. Although it's a bit older, the room facilities are well-maintained and don't feel dated.
Hygiene: So-so. My companion found an item left behind by a previous guest in the pocket of the bathrobe in the room...
Environment: The natural scenery on the mountain is excellent, with lush greenery and fresh air. You can take a cable car to the mountaintop to explore and see the sea of clouds and sunrise/sunset. We left before sunset.
Service: Neither good nor bad. The front desk gave us a tea souvenir bag, which was perfect as a gift. The Xiangwo tea tasted pretty good and is worth trying.
Overall, it was a relatively pleasant trip. There weren't many hot spring pools, but it wasn't crowded when we went, so it was quite comfortable, and the kids had a great time.

Location: Great location, close to Liuzu Resort, very close to Guo'en Temple and the park, there are many choices in the surrounding farmhouses!
Regarding the room: The deluxe double room that we stayed in at the beginning was not more suitable for the interior as we wanted, and the service staff adjusted. They had a very good attitude. They immediately changed us to a private space with internal and balcony space. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was soft and clean, and the sleep was very fragrant. The room layout is reasonable and the space is spacious.
Regarding hygiene: The sanitary condition is impeccable, both in the room and in the public area are very clean.
Regarding service: from the warm and efficient check-in at the front desk, to the meticulous and thoughtful room service staff, to the active help of the restaurant waiter, every employee shows professionalism and sincerity, making us feel at home.
This is a very pleasant and satisfying stay, highly recommended to other travelers! Looking forward to coming back next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the Tianlu Mountain Scenic Area. The environment is elegant. You can see the green mountains and green trees and flowers by pushing the window. The air is very fresh and the negative ions are very high. It is an excellent place for heart repair. The room is very clean, spacious and bright. The balcony has a bubble pool. When I came, it was the azaleas on the top of the sky. The sea of flowers was full of mountains and flowers. Especially beautiful, the scenic spot has a sightseeing car to the middle of the mountain and walk for about 50 minutes. After enjoying the flowers, I went down the mountain and returned to the hotel to soak in a hot spring. It was very comfortable. Especially worthy of praise are the two ladies at the front desk, the service is warm, the arrangement is thoughtful, there are questions and answers, and the answer is clear. Very satisfied! Will come again if there is a chance.
