The facilities of the hotel are very good, the room is very big, the bed is super big, it can sleep three people, and there is a big bathtub, which is great. There is a spa on the sixth floor, but it is not part of the hotel. I was drunk that night, and the handsome guy at the front desk helped me to the room. The service was very considerate and his attitude was very good. The breakfast is also very good and exquisite. The room is also very clean and you can use it with confidence."

"Just came back from out of town. Because I work here, I browsed around and finally chose Vienna International Hotel. The location is very convenient. It is very close to Yunfu East, the high-speed railway station and the municipal government. The whole building is very grand. There is also a botanical garden and Tianhu Square next to it. Parking is free and there are charging stations. I booked it online. I went there and checked in directly with my ID card. The speed was still very fast. The hotel's hardware facilities are first-class and the service is satisfactory. I especially want to praise the front desk staff for their warm reception, thoughtful service and proficiency. I like her. The decoration inside is very beautiful and atmospheric, and it is truly noble but not expensive. Especially the ceiling cabinets in the lobby lounge are very unique. The room is tall and spacious, upscale, and all the details are very delicate, very in place, very humanized, and very comfortable."

We checked in for two days, but when we came back at noon the next day, the door couldn't be opened. There was no one in the whole building to deal with it. We walked hundreds of meters to the front desk to find someone to deal with it in 34 degrees at noon! The breakfast was too simple! It was not a very pleasant stay!"
