CChubafuchunmaThis hotel, built on the former site of Yida Silk Factory, is a sight to behold in itself. Tucked away in the heart of the town, it offers a serene and beautiful escape from the hustle and bustle. With the help of our lovely butler, check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth. Following video instructions, we arrived at the Wuzhen parking garage where our butler was already waiting for us, instantly easing any apprehension about visiting a new place for the first time. After entering the scenic area, we took a boat through the entirety of Wuzhen to reach the hotel, truly experiencing the unique charm of a Jiangnan water town from the water. The hotel's butler service truly lives up to its name; unlike many hotels with WeChat concierges who are often slow to respond, every request here was met with an immediate and efficient reply, which was incredibly warm and thoughtful. All in all, I highly recommend Yida as a five-star hotel in Wuzhen. It was definitely the highlight of our perfect trip to Wuzhen! My only regret is not asking for the name of our young, enthusiastic, and very helpful butler. I wish her all the best!

GGuest UserFor our two-night stay in Wuzhen, we chose 'Jintang'. Upon arrival at the scenic area, we were greeted by the handsome and steady 'Xiao Fan' at the entrance. He arranged a sculling boat for us, which took us along the waterway directly to Jintang. Pushing open the two-story antique wooden doors, we were met with a striking combination of vermillion and emerald green. It was a perfect blend of the ancient and the modern. As I savored a cup of crimson hibiscus tea, Xiao Fan had already completed our check-in. He also set up our facial recognition for entering and exiting the scenic area. Xiao Fan then led us through the hall and around the landscape to our room. The room featured dark green wallpaper adorned with plum blossoms, complementing a vermillion bronze bed. With the tea snacks and afternoon tea on the table, accompanied by refreshing green tea, our three-day Wuzhen journey officially began. A big thank you to the thoughtful service from the lovely ladies and gentlemen at Jintang, and especially to Xiao Fan!

JJeremiah AYHighly recommended for a relaxed, VIP experience in Wuzhen! We stayed for 1 night at the Wuzhen Club House (Sheng Ting) and had a great experience.
1. Cleanliness: Very good, especially considering it's a refurbished old heritage building with traditional wooden furniture. Everything was well-maintained and spotless.
2. Amenities & Food: The room amenities are basic for the same reason, but completely sufficient for a simple, comfortable stay. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise—quite a large spread of delicious local specialties.
3. Location: Fantastic. It sits right near the middle of the West Scenic Area (Xi Zha), making it the perfect base for exploring. The best part of staying inside the scenic area is that the late nights and early mornings are incredibly quiet, which is perfect for crowd-free photo taking.
4. Service: Absolutely outstanding, you really get VIP treatment. The hotel reached out to us before our stay to provide arrival info and set up a group chat to keep in touch. Our assigned housekeeper, Xiao Chen, met us right at the car drop-off point and guided us all the way to the hotel. He took care of everything—arranging our breakfast, ensuring our room was in order, and attending to our every need. He also gave us a great overview of the scenic area, recommended local food options, made restaurant reservations for us, and even walked us right to the departure point when we checked out.
Highly recommend booking a stay here to experience Wuzhen at a relaxed pace with VIP treatment. It is especially great if you are traveling with kids, as you can easily return to the room multiple times throughout the day to rest and decompress.

AAnonymous Userhad an excellent stay at Eden Club House, largely thanks to their personal butler service (青果).
Upon arrival, the butler picked me up directly from the Wuzhen Tourist Centre, allowing me to avoid the long queues – a huge time-saver and stress reliever. Throughout my stay, the butler was constantly checking in to ensure I had everything I needed, from luggage to tickets to small daily essentials.
Even after check-out, the service didn't stop. The butler made sure to follow up and confirm I arrived safely at my next destination – a thoughtful touch that truly sets this hotel apart.
Breakfast offered a wonderful choice: either an international breakfast or the local 早茶市 (morning tea market). I tried the local option and absolutely loved the authentic experience.
Overall, Eden Club House delivers not just comfortable accommodations, but genuinely caring, proactive service. I would happily stay here again.

KKnackLMy one feeling after staying here? Hot. The air conditioning in the room felt broken. Even after running it for five or six hours on cool, the indoor temperature stayed above 26 degrees Celsius. I was sweating just sitting still in the room.
When I reported it to the staff, they came up and told me that this temperature was normal and could only offer a fan. Honestly, it's the first time I've ever needed a 'fan' to cool down in a hotel.
Not to mention, the bedside outlet was also broken, and the charging cable provided only had a Type-A connector, which was very inconvenient.
Later, I felt that the AC in this entire building might not be working well. I went to the bar in Hotel Building 3 at night, and it was like a sauna inside; even the service staff were sweating profusely.
And let's not even get started on the terrible shuttle bus scheduling. A few staff members tried their best to guide people, but with too many people and no dedicated queuing area – just a short, simple barrier – many people didn't follow the queue order to get on the shuttle, and the staff couldn't do anything about it. Since the hotel is deep within the scenic area, the high demand for shuttle buses surely isn't a new issue. They could absolutely add more staff and increase the queuing areas.
I will not consider this hotel for future visits.

GGuest UserStaying at the Haining Hualuxe Hotel for my trip to Haining was an absolutely fantastic experience, a solid five-star recommendation! The hotel's new Chinese-style lobby is grand and elegant, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart facilities are comprehensive. The breakfast offers a rich variety, and the local specialty pastries are absolutely delicious.
What truly stood out during my stay was Andy! His check-in process was efficient and professional, and he was patient and gentle. He proactively explained the hotel's amenities, breakfast times, and local attractions, providing incredibly detailed service.
Communication with him was smooth throughout, and his responses were always prompt and genuine. He genuinely put himself in the guest's shoes to solve problems, and his professionalism and service意识 were truly touching. The thoughtful Chinese hospitality that Hualuxe is known for was perfectly embodied by Andy.
All the staff throughout the hotel were warm and courteous; the concierge actively helped with luggage, the room cleaning was meticulous, and the accompanying pool and tea space offered an excellent experience. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, Haining Hualuxe is the top choice in Haining. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Haining, and I highly recommend Andy!

2203893****I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options. Some of the chefs also spoke English, which was a plus. It would be even better if the menu for dishes and drinks included English translations. The hotel's proximity to the high-speed rail station made getting around incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserAs excellent as ever! This time, when I booked, the suites were all taken due to the Dragon Boat Festival, so I could only get a family room. The 'Republic of China' style actually felt pretty good! What impressed me the most was the incredibly good service. Xiao Shi's service was simply 'humanized' beyond belief. Before we even checked in, he contacted us in advance to ask about our needs. On the day of check-in, worried we might get lost, he sent us a route video and even came to the parking lot to pick us up. We felt the thoughtful service before we even stepped foot in the hotel. The next day, we took an umbrella with us when we went out, thinking the weather was fine. However, it started pouring rain, and we couldn't buy an umbrella anywhere. We had to contact Xiao Shi, and in no time, he made a special trip to bring us an umbrella ☔️. It was truly heartwarming! Thumbs up to Xiao Shi 👍🏻! Five-star review! The sincerity of the service is unbeatable 🌹

GGuest UserUpon arrival at Wuzhen, hotel staff were already waiting for us. It was pouring rain that day, and they braved the downpour to greet us, which was incredibly comforting. They even coordinated with the scenic area's shuttle to take us directly to the hotel. Once we got there, another staff member was already prepared to welcome us and proactively helped with our luggage – excellent service! The room was also exceptionally spacious. What I was most looking forward to on this trip was the morning tea experience; it felt incredibly immersive, like stepping back in time to ancient inns. The Wuzhen scenic area itself is like a small amusement park, with everything you could imagine, and the prices were surprisingly reasonable – truly unexpected. Although our trip was quite short, it definitely met our expectations.

Very Good
CcherrysjmI booked the courtyard view room for a three-day, two-night stay, and for a staycation, it was a bit disappointing.
Service: The hotel didn't offer a butler service, and no one informed us about the available activities. I had to ask about the travel photography, and only stumbled upon the tie-dye activity by chance. I have no idea what else there might have been. The welcome fruit in the room was just the three items shown in the picture, not the nougat and tea mentioned in other reviews. Maybe my membership tier wasn't high enough? >_<
There was no pre-departure call, but I did receive a call asking for feedback after checking out.
For the travel photography, they offered 5 free photos, and additional ones were 80 yuan each, with discounts for bulk purchases. The photographer did a good job. However, the 'fine-tuning' felt like a one-click edit; a hole in the umbrella prop was still visible in the retouched photos, which was quite sloppy >_<. When I inquired about buying all the original photos, I was told it was also 80 yuan per photo, so I decided against it. In the end, I bought 35 photos and got a 15% discount.
On the positive side,
The hotel itself is beautiful and very photogenic.
The Sanbai Bar has a great atmosphere and isn't crowded. You can charge drinks to your room, and in-house guests get a 10% discount.
Breakfast variety was also quite good, with cheese, ham, and salmon available. Several made-to-order items were offered à la carte, which helped avoid queues.
