Facilities: The facilities are relatively new, much more than Paris. Hygienic: clean and hygienic, towels are clean Service: It was already more than 19 o'clock, the reception was off work, self-check-in was very simple. There is also a security guard who helped find a parking space downstairs and parked for free.

It was a very nice hotel and well located. Good points for the location which is super close to the train station and the city center ! Room is small but clean and comfortable. Only issues is that the walls are very thin so if you're a light sleeper, you'll hear everything going on on your floor. We didn't have the breakfast because it wasn't worth it according to the picture we were shown.

It’s the great location for stop over in France, close to everything. Great shopping before head off to UK.

This is a great place to stay when traveling abroad. It's inexpensive, and breakfast is included, though it's basic. The room has a kitchen, a great refrigerator, and the view from the window is fantastic. High value for money.

Avoid this hotel during periods of intense heat; there isn't even a small fan to circulate the air. Daylight streams in from all around the door. It wasn't mentioned during the booking process that parking was not free. The staff were welcoming.

The room is well appointed and had a window out onto the street with some nice views of Lille. The woman on the desk spoke excellent English and was able to leave luggage after checkout, although only until 4pm when the staff seem to leave. For the price though, clean, large room and lovely staff in a central location.

High-speed Wi-Fi is stable and smooth, and the desk and ample sockets provide great convenience for business people. **👔 Professional and efficient service** The front desk staff is warm and friendly, English communication is barrier-free, and the check-in and check-out process is fast. The hotel also provides luggage storage and 24-hour front desk service, which is very friendly to guests who arrive early or check out late. Special thanks to the front desk for their thoughtful help to make my trip more smooth! **🍳 Rich and delicious breakfast** The breakfast buffet is varied from freshly baked croissants, local cheeses, cold cuts to fruit, yogurt and hot meals. Coffee is fragrant and full of energy for a day's work or exploration. **💼 Perfect business facilities** The hotel has a fully equipped meeting room for small business meetings. The lobby lounge area is quiet and comfortable for temporary office or meeting guests. **🏆 Super cost-effective** Compared to hotels of the same level in Lille, the price is very reasonable, the service and quality are not discounted, and it is definitely an ideal choice for business and leisure travelers! Next time I come to Lille, I will definitely stay again. Highly recommended for all travelers looking for comfort and convenience!

Disappointing stay at the Première Classe hotel. The breakfast really lacked variety: very few options and no pastries, which was a shame. Furthermore, the bathroom wasn't very clean when we arrived. Even for a short stay, you'd expect a minimum level of cleanliness and a more comprehensive breakfast. I hope these points will be improved for future guests.

Hotel rooms are small, show is tiny and sound insulation is terrible. Take Ear Buds if you want to get any sleep in these rooms, you can hear conversations so clearly through the walls of neighbours on the side and above. Staff are friendly, breakfast for EUR 6 is not worth it, there is a much better buffet breakfast for double that price across the parking if you are hungry in the mornings. Overall, would not return due to the lack of ability sleep with all the noise. If you are looking for a cheap option with secure parking, this is potentially a decent option. More than 2 nights is difficult to justify.

Overall the hotel matches the price , except for the beds that are very old and uncomfortable
