The location is very convenient – right next to the Lillenium shopping centre. The area feels safe and modern, with good access to shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, modern and comfortable. The room was well designed with a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The overall cleanliness was excellent.

The hotel has a great location, very close to Lille Europe train station. The staff allowed early check-in when the room was ready, which was very helpful. After check-out, we could store our luggage at the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a convenient hotel with good service and reasonable price.

Encore un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Art Déco de Lille la Madeleine, deuxième séjour passé dans cet établissement atypique, propreté, calme sont au rendez-vous, chambres spacieuses et bien équipées, seul petit bémol, les chambres ne sont pas pourvues de douches que des baignoires, mais avec de belles robinetteries, bref, nous reviendrons une troisième fois lors d’un prochain séjour, le plus de cet établissement, une ligne de tram juste en face de l’hôtel qui vous emmène en centre ville.

Overall a good experience except the guests living on top of us are quite noisy. But we don't hear anything from other neighbors. Thus, we don't think it's the soundproof issue, most probably is just the guests above is extremely inconsiderate of others. The room is as described, the bed is quite comfy. The neighborhood is quite nice and calm. Location a little bit far from the centre but can easy reach by tram nearby. If you enjoy walking, about 30 mins walk you could reach most places. To Euralille train station is about 15 mins walks. We recommend it.

Relatively disappointed by our experience in this Mama Shelter. Better than others, in particular Bordeaux. A room more than average cleanliness, joints that start to moisture, a water leak that is not cleanly repaired, a end of the window's circumference broken and not repaired what can be quite dangerous, a air conditioning that works in Alternance and I'm going through. Quiet and cozy, this charming old house has been refurbished into a beautiful hotel! Room was petit but bathroom was a good size. Bed and bedding were very comfortable and we enjoyed a solid sleep. Floors are bit creeky but that adds to the old house experience! Staff are outstanding and it was spotless. Another big bonus is the ten minute walk to the train station!

A beautiful small chateau in a honorable park with many old trees. Our accommodation was in the garden in small chalets, well equipped, though perhaps soon a renovation should be on the way. But we felt well. We took dinner in the historic hills of the castle. This was a wonderful experience. Excellent food, a very attractive menu and not forget the superb filet de boeuf, Medium rare ordered, it was optimally garred and of excellent quality and excellent taste. Also the wine selection is remarkable. We are pleased to have met the site and make a special recommendation.
