The hotel was great and I would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Lille. It is super close to the Eurostar station and also a short walk into town. The hotel was clean and the staff really helpful

Kamers tof ingericht en aangenaam. Zeer praktisch dat je de hele nacht lang kan inchecken. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ce brunch est vraiment exceptionnel! Ce que j'adore : arriver pour le premier service à 11H30 pour voir le buffet de dessert intact. Tout est délicieux pour ce brunch à volonté. Des viennoiseries, aux entrées froides et chaudes, en passant par les jus et les plats. Attention si vous arrivez au 1er service, vous aurez environ 1H45. Je trouve qu'à 2 c'est suffisant par contre à 4 nous avons trouvé que c'était un peu juste.

Hôtel à l’ambiance un peu décalé. La déco du resto est super chouette. Bien placé à 2 pas de la gare. Accueil sympa, personnel très gentil et efficace. nous avons pu avoir notre chambre à 11h au lieu de 15h. Chambre confortable. Manque une bouilloire en chambre peut être. par contre Je déconseille le 1er étage le samedi soir si vous venez vous reposer. car bcp d’ambiance au bar jusqu’à 2h du matin. Point noir: l’équipe de ménage qui est rentrée dans notre chambre 3 jours de suite alors que nous avions mis la pancarte « ne pas déranger » sur la porte… Niveau restaurant: de bons petits plats, de bons cocktails, un petit déjeuner avec un buffet assez diversifié et très copieux. Seul point négatif: la queue a la machine à café le matin. Et prix un peu salé: 18€ un plat de coquillettes… c’est un poil exagéré… même si elles sont très bonnes!

Expérience très très décevante. Non respect des horaires. J ai chois cet hôtel pour sa proximité gare de Lille Flandres et pour son petit-déjeuner, sensé être servi dès 6h30, horaire qui m a été confirmé à mon arrivée le soir. Le lendemain matin, à 6h45 le petit-déjeuner était encore en cours d installation, j ai dû demander 3 fois des choses. Résultat : j ai englouti à toute vitesse un demi-petit-déjeuner pour ne pas rater mon train de 7h. Car oui, quand on a un train , On est à 1 min près . Et ce ne sont pas les fleurs sur les murs qui vont faire patienter un TGV. Bref, j irai ailleurs la prochaine fois. le soir pour raison professionnelle ; Accueil aimable mai

Très bon restaurant avec une très bonne ambiance, conviviale. Des plats originaux et de bonne qualité, mais assez peu copieux par rapport au prix. Nous avons été chez Mama pour le Super Sunday. Le concert live est super par contre le menu est clairement mensonger par rapport au mail promotionnel reçu (ci-joint) qui stipulait demi-poulet + frites. Résultat, une pauvre petite cuisse accompagnée d’une portion de frites pour enfant. Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois auparavant, mais toujours le même constat, le personnel rame… Au bout d’un quart d’heure d’attente après notre arrivée, nous avons dû appeler nous même la serveuse pour venir prendre les boissons (On n’était pas les seuls). Même histoire pour débarrasser les plats et prendre la commande. En le faisant remarquer à son collègue, nous avons eu comme réponse qu’il y avait trop de monde alors que sa collègue faisait des aller-retour entre la cuisine et l’accueil pour discuter avec ses autres collègues. Très dommage car bon potentiel gâché par le non professionnalisme…
