"We stayed at this hotel last summer. Nice hotel, great location in Vieux Lille. However, for breakfast I would like to eat whole-wheat bread (fiber!). When I asked if whole wheat bread was available, the staff did not know. It was not listed on the signs next to the various products either (and for many products there was no sign at all). To my opinion, whole-wheat bread should be available and staff should be informed about the selection."

"I enjoyed my stay very much & it was a good relief after staying in a pretty bad hotel the first night in Lille. This hotel is well located and close to restaurants and the main shopping streets in the Old Town which is very convenient. It's also walking distance from the Citadel Park and train stations (15-20 minutes). The hotel is modern and clean, and the room I had was very spacious with good decor and air conditioner. The reception is friendly and there is ample lounge space in the ground floor to sit at as well. It is a good value hotel studio and I would recommend staying here for visitors to Lille."

"During my 20-day trip to Europe, I changed accommodations five times. This hotel was the most expensive, lowest value for money, and had the worst service. I rarely leave negative reviews in reviews. I chose this hotel when I had no choice. In an air-conditioned accommodation, you have to open the door most of the night to cool down, because there is only a small window in the room. A pair of children slept in the living room and could not sleep all night. Mosquitoes kept flying in from the window for four nights. A total of more than 20 mosquito bites were nailed; the hair dryer suddenly burned and produced a flame, followed by a burning smell. There was no backup equipment provided at the front desk. It was the worst accommodation experience in history. The most annoying thing is that one of the staff members is tall and thin, not a young man, his name is Patrick. He has an extremely bad attitude. He does not try to solve the problem and keeps avoiding solving the problem. This is what I have encountered in many European accommodation experiences. Going to the worst staff in the first place, the leaders of Appart'City Confort Lille Grand Palais, the global economy is already very bad. We are doing our best to support the Olympics. I hope you will improve the environment and teach the work attitude of frontline employees. This is for any traveler The most basic accommodation conditions."
