"The hotel, location and staff was ok. It is a budget hotel and we do not expect that much. What we absolutt did not appreciate was the shower! The shower was small but that is not a problem for us. The problem was that the floor in the shower was that slibbery what made me fall when going out of it and hurt my head, my back and my hand. I should be forbidden to have this kind of shower!"

"Nice, pleasantly designed hotel bu I was expecting more amenity for a 4 star hotel. No tea or milk in the room. Only two small coffee capsules (on decaf one normal). No ironing facility in the room. No hair conditioner.  No kettle … my phone and heating weren’t wirking."

"We stayed one night at B&B Hotel Lille and found the location very convenient — close enough to walk to the city centre. The room was compact but comfortable, with a cosy bed and thoughtful touches, ideal for a short stay."

"The clerks on the morning shift and the evening shift are all very friendly and willing to communicate and inform about nearby supermarket facilities and so on. The environment is very average, just enough for one night's sleep. Being able to walk to Ikea next door was an unexpected bonus. The breakfast croissant was delicious."

The hotel itself is clean, modern and comfortable. The room was well designed with a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. "The location is absolutely 100% perfect. It’s right opposite the train station. It has an elevator. It’s also new. It looks like it’s been renovated. I think the biggest drawback is that the service attitude is really bad. When I stored my luggage, there was no space. I could only store it behind the bar in the restaurant on the first floor. The waiters were the front desk staff. I found it very confusing. But overall it's very clean"

"The kitchen is quite hidden away from the dining area, so you might not find it at first. There are two microwaves but no electric kettle. The room facilities are good, with two showers and two toilets. The lockers also have locks, so you can feel secure."

"Hotel central , idéal pour visiter et à quelques stations de metro du stade Mauroy. La déco est vintage revisitée , très beaux lustres. La porte de la sdb de la 206 pose pb , il n' y a pas assez de place. Manque de propreté dans la sdb, pomme de douche. On trouve de la moquette au sol posée sur du parquet qui grince. Des distributeurs d'eau sont présents aux étages, l'hôtel est climatisé. Le personnel était accueillant. Petit dejeuner top, avec le fromage sablé. Le rooftop ouvre à 16h, les cocktails sont bons mais relativement élevés pour une ville de province 16-18, 7 le coca. Vue décevante."

"Great accommodation at walking distance (about 20 minutes) from the centre of Lille. Excellent breakfast. Great parking garage below the hotel. Great pot (Christmas) chocolates on the bar and there was also a little dinner at the reception overnight. The clean studio with refrigerator and kitchenette, beds are OK. Especially the price-quality ratio is very good. The 3 stars are worth it."

"This was our first time staying with you. The hotel was well located (bus stops nearby). Easy access to our room, where you met our expectations (extra bed for our 15-month-old daughter). We really enjoyed our stay; the air conditioning was excellent in this heat. However, the occasional power outage wasn't as pleasant."
