AAnonymous UserSpacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

Rooms don't have AC, so in warm weather is less comfortable.
Easy check-in/out.

GGuest UserConvenient location, right across from the Lille-Europe station and close to the main subway station and the city center. There is a Carrefour market in the Westfield shopping mall across from the hotel, which was great. The hotel is a bit old though. There is an AC, but it is not strong, and I can only control weak to strong instead of exact temperature. I recommend this hotel for its convenient location.

GGaehVery good location, next to the mall, easy to find food. Simple room, no air conditioner, but there is a fan if it's hot. But the weather is cool and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There is no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. There is wifi. The staff is friendly and communicates well.

Mmiss banzaiVery nice old building hotel in Lille. It is located quite in the City center, however a lot of public parking outside and the hotel has also it's private parking the restaurant was very nice and decoration very old style and elegant with nice modern dishes. Hotel room was a bit small but very clean. The staff are super friendly. Whether for business or visiting Lille I would totally recommend this hotel. I'd come again.

GGuest UserWe travelled as a group to attend seminars in the Lille Catholic University. However only one room available, we decided to give the room to our old German nun. When she checked out she left her Taïwanaise passport, granted by Taiwan Government for her contributions. Thanks to the hotel services, cooperation with the LC University, we finally get the passport back through express delivery. Amazing!

GGuest UserEverything you needed was there, but not more. Very basic minimum. We were satisfied, the room was quite small, same the bathroom, but not too small. Personnel was friendly and check in and out times were good. It’s quite okay for the price, guess you won’t find better places for that price. It was clean and warm.

TTsung WenThe location is definitely one hundred points, just opposite the train station, there is an elevator, and the overall new 😁 seems to have been renovated. I think the biggest drawback is that the service attitude is really bad.
When I put my luggage, there was no space. I could only put it behind the bar in the restaurant on the first floor. The waiters were the front desk staff. I felt very confused.
But the whole is very clean

SSeanHSThe clerks on the morning shift and the evening shift are all very friendly and willing to communicate and inform about nearby supermarket facilities and so on.
The environment is very average, just enough for one night's sleep.
Being able to walk to Ikea next door was an unexpected bonus.
The breakfast croissant was delicious.
