Très bien placé personnel un peu débordé chambre propre mais les murs sont super fin on entend le moindre bruit mais sinon bonne literie et très propre la chambre

Hotel bien placé surtout quand on arrive tard le soir,j ai choisi une chambre simple qui était très correcte et surtout propre,le déjeuner buffet est copieux et à volonté et un plus plus pour le personnel qui est très accueillant et qui assure un très bon service.

Bonjour, j’avais rajouté un supplément afin d’avoir une chambre supérieure avec baignoire et finlement je me suis retrouvée dans une petite chambre avec douche. J’ai fait lire le mail à la personne de la réception et il m’a dit qu’il n’en avait plus. Le lendemain matin je me suis lavée les cheveux et il était en panne, je suis descendue demander un sèche cheveux et il n’en n’avait pas. Un couple m’a proposé d’utiliser le leur … Du coup j’ai payé plus cher et je me suis retrouvée dans une chambre beaucoup plus petite sans les services …

Chambres très petite mais bien agencé !
Parconte pas bien isolée, beaucoup de bruit de véhicules. Vue sur la gare ou le grand centre commercial Euralille agréable. Literie au TOP !!
