Lille Hotels with Bars

Spacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

Great eco-friendly hotel. Pleasantly surprised by free access to lounge which provides free breakfast in the morning and beverages/snacks throughout the day. Great location with centre of Lille.

The location is very convenient – right next to the Lillenium shopping centre. The area feels safe and modern, with good access to shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, modern and comfortable. The room was well designed with a comfortable bed, quiet atmosphere and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The overall cleanliness was excellent.

The room is spacious for three of us. The breakfast is fine. However, during one of the four nights I stayed, the room was not cleaned—my room was not even entered to take out the rubbish. The staff said that for guests staying longer, cleaning is not provided every day according to policy. I find this discouraging for guests considering a longer stay at the hotel. In my opinion, this explanation feels more like an excuse than a genuine policy, and I would rather assume the staff were too busy or simply forgot to clean than believe it was intentionally not done by the hotel.

The receptions are really helpful, she is pro-active to assist before l asked for my wises. The room is bigger than standard as it has an extra sofa which can turn into additional bed and also a extra table for snacks. The WC is seperate from the shower, and you can take a shower with either a stand-bath or shower-tub. But most important is hygiene and they are doing really well. The location is right next to station and also shopping mall EuraLille. The breakfast is not amazing as not much warm meals you can choose from beside scrambled eggs and mini Bratwurst however there are enough various for breakfast.

A fun atmosphere in the restaurant and bar, a  kind and friendly welcome at reception and clean soundproof rooms , overall a pleasant experience and worth coming back again 😃

This was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible. You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot. Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel. Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh... The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night. When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately. Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control. Good points : good location and yummy breakfast

The room was very large and clean. The most, a small well-garned plate allowing tea or coffee with a small cake. Secure animal parking accepted. The small balcony was pleasant. However, the bathroom is to be re-visited: flow problem, small shower with just a shower pad.

Lovely hotel..especially when it's weekend lots of family and kids makes the hotel even more lively..live the service that fatu gave us she was very helpful and have Lovely smile on her face

Very well located hotel. Near the two main train stations. Easy walk into the city centre. Luggage storage available. Nice sized room for relatively cheap price.
