GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay, great location and Céline was so friendly and kind. The room is very comfortable, relaxing, well laid out and very clean. The breakfasts were wonderful each day and she found some great vegan options for me. The hot tub is a unique addition too. We’d definitely recommend! :)

The location of this hotel is very convenient and the surrounding environment is beautiful. The rooms are decorated in a unique style that makes you feel comfortable and happy. The cleanliness was impeccable and every detail was taken care of. There is also a coffee machine (capsule) in the room, so you can have a cup of coffee to relax after returning from your trip. The staff's service attitude is warm and thoughtful, making people feel at home. The breakfast is also very delicious, rich in variety and nutritionally balanced. Overall, this was a very satisfying stay and highly recommended!

GGuest UserHotel is conveniently located beside Lille Europe station and 10 min walk away from the city centre. There's a huge Carrefour located in Westfield EuraLille.
Room was spacious and contemporary. Breakfast buffet spread was limited compared to other Novotel hotels.

GGuest UserIt is a very nice hotel, but my stay was ruined. The hotel had decided to have a DJ blast music from one of the hotel rooms to celebrate festivities in Lille that weekend. The DJ was blasting music through an open window to the street below at exceptionally high volume levels. My room was above the DJ. The music shook the room, it was impossible for us to stay in the room. It was a lovely room but it wasn't fit for purpose, and should not have been hired out to guests when the hotel had arranged for a DJ to be creating that level of noise below them. I arrived at the hotel after a 15 hour journey, desperate for rest before going out to meet friends in the evening. Rest was simply impossible in the room. As a result my evening out was also ruined. At the very least a hotel needs to provide a quite relaxing room for guests, this wasn't done. I would advise you to consider other options available before considering this hotel.

GGuest UserIt’s superbly located and is very clean and modern. Excellent shower and bedding. Lovely warm friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent with eggs, smoked salmon croissant granola and plenty of yoghurts and cheeses. Very pleased with our stay. The only issue is it may be slightly loud on the weekend as you are in a busy district but we kept the windows shut and AC on so it really was no trouble

GGuest UserThe room is very clean. It is next to the train station and you can walk one kilometer to the city. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. The front desk is very friendly. I recommend it to friends who come to Lille to stay in the hotel. Temporary parking is available at the hotel, and it is also very convenient for customers to pick us up.

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered.
Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.
