I am very disappointed in this hotel. I got in a family situation that required me to cancel my trip. This hotel refused to refund my money and instead charged for the full trip. I will be making future trips to France, but will make sure to stay somewhere else. Maybe I'm just used to being treated so well by Bonboy, but I probably won't even book a hotel through trip.com again.

The hotel is very nice. This is the second stop of our European trip as a team. The hotel is very clean and a bag of chocolates was given as a gift. The store clerk will help you park your car in the underground garage.
