Nord Hotels with Gym

Located in the centre of Lille, very close to the main sights and Tourist Information Centre and metro station.  The room was a good size, with a decent kitchenette and large fridge, and a nice sized shower cubicle in the bathroom.  There were plenty of cupboards, and little touches like lots of hanging space in the bathroom and fold out rack to dry small things.  We stayed for 3 nights and not having daily room service did not pose a problem, there was a hoover and iron in the room.  The reception staff were friendly, they have a little board with recommended eating places, local shops etc.  We didn't eat in the hotel as there were plenty of places nearby, and the supermarket is only a few minutes' walk from the hotel.  Altogether a comfy stay in a most convenient location at a very reasonable price.  

Nice, pleasantly designed hotel bu I was expecting more amenity for a 4 star hotel. No tea or milk in the room. Only two small coffee capsules (on decaf one normal). No ironing facility in the room. No hair conditioner.  No kettle … my phone and heating weren’t wirking.

Séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel Mercure à Dunkerque. Tout d’abord, le petit déjeuner laisse vraiment à désirer : plusieurs éléments essentiels étaient manquants (café, pain…), ce qui est assez inadmissible pour un établissement de ce standing, surtout au vu du prix de la nuit qui est loin d’être donné. Mais le plus problématique reste la gestion des effets personnels. J’ai malheureusement oublié des bijoux dans la chambre, et malgré mon signalement, rien n’a été pris en compte. Pourtant, il est normalement de la responsabilité des femmes de chambre de remettre les objets trouvés à l’accueil. Cette situation est très décevante et ne met pas du tout en confiance. Au vu de ces différents points, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

Hotel is conveniently located beside Lille Europe station and 10 min walk away from the city centre. There's a huge Carrefour located in Westfield EuraLille. Room was spacious and contemporary. Breakfast buffet spread was limited compared to other Novotel hotels.

Self-driving tour, the hotel location is very convenient, do not enter the city, get off the expressway basically arrived, although the surrounding is not bustling, but the catering service is OK. The hotel has helped us make the sofa bed. The room is smaller than the one in Paris. It will be cleaned every day. The hotel is very large, especially with a large outdoor activity space, friendly to children.

This was the second time i booked the hotel. The first time was lovely staying. However , this time is terrible. You can't believe when you enter the room that box tissue and lady bags were running out. And I requested a sofa bed for my son. But they gave me the baby cot. Luckily, the staff came and took away the cot and open the sofa bed for me. But I needed to make the bed and put the blanket cover for myself.i thought i was working in the hotel. Obviously , the room was cleaned roughly. Hotel needs to ensure the staffs to clean every room seriously and make sure to refill enough tissue in the room. You can have a look at the photos. the telephone. Super ..dirty with yellowish tea stain... and the toilet... thousands years limescale sticking on the toilet bowl. Sigh... The air con was super weak. Pls fix it. We slept with sweat for the whole night. When we opened the sofa bed, we found the lice jumped out. All legs and feet felt itchy immediately. Pls make a timetable to steam the furniture and do pest control. Good points : good location and yummy breakfast

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Negative points: Staff present in the evening not very pleasant, no cart in the room, unchanged breakfast and cheap for the price of ”19€50”. The shower ceiling was broken and very open as you can see on the photo. But largely it's good for one night or two no more.

The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and helped me a lot. They also helped me choose a room with a better location and complete facilities. The only problem was why there was no door in the shower room? The parking lot was also very convenient. Service: Very good Hygiene: Very clean

This is the first hotel after landing in Europe. I also hesitated for a while. I read the comments and said that some old, staying for one night without expectations is OK. The outside does look shabby, the inside is OK, of course, it can not be compared with the mainland four stars, there is a small swimming pool, many locals use it. For us, the temperature is too low to try. The room is not big, can put down the luggage, a little smelly musty, the air conditioner will disperse after a while, the bedding is good, the towels are clean, the bathroom is OK, the renovation, the hotel is located on the edge of the high speed, so it is suitable for self-driving, parking is free. The staff is also ok, that is, the general attitude of work. Breakfast is also 👌, there are not many varieties but French bread is always delicious. There is a supermarket not far away within a 10-minute walk, you can recharge drinking water and fruit, the price is not expensive. There is a restaurant in the town, the mood is good, very leisurely.

The hotel looks so simple and simple, and the whole room is simple and clean. The reception beauty communicates with a smile, which is unforgettable.
