The young woman working at the front desk was rude on several occasions. This is unacceptable in today’s business environment. She should seek employment elsewhere- NOT in customer service. Hotel was very clean, great location.

We paid almost $500 per night & realized shortly there after this place typically goes for around $150. Not sure why the major price gouge. It's definitely more of a $150.00 price point. Spa was packed with kids not even staying at the hotel. Bubbles didn't work in the spa. Bathroom floor had hair on it upon check as well as what looked like pillow stuffing on the carpet. The restaurant menu looked amazing, but we tried it first day of the menu change which didn't go so well. They must have been overwhelmed, which left us underwhelmed. We paid for the lake view upgrade, but our room was right in front of trees, so we could hardly see the lake at all. (something they should tell you when you pay the upgrade). I will say the location was great & the front desk staff was super friendly. But I would not pay almost $2000 for a three night stay here again. We've paid less for 5 star hotels.

A century-old store, you can personally feel the centuries-old vicissitudes of the building. The price is the cheapest nearby. If you want to experience the country style, you can try it. If you are used to staying in domestic luxury hotels, it is not recommended to come here. I saw the bearded man at the front desk saying enthusiastically to every guest who checked in: Oh, a very good discount price.

The surrounding area of the hotel is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the most central shops and restaurants. There are various kinds of food, most of them are walking. Some old buildings are beautiful and there is a park. In addition, the hotel is only a few minutes away from the lake. View, there is a children’s museum by the lake, and you can go on a yacht. Every Friday night, there is a lobster buffet on the yacht. Living here is a very good choice for families and individuals.

The oldest small hotel in the town. It has a strong English style and ancient furniture. The photo is very warm. We booked the room three months in advance and the hotel upgraded us. We were very satisfied👍 We had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel at 7:30 in the evening. We originally wanted to have lobster pasta, but maybe we went late and there was no lobster. We changed it to beef pasta and it tasted the same👍 The portion of the dish is so large that it’s a waste if it can’t be eaten by two people…

We went to visit our granddaughter who is a freshman at UVM this year. Hotel was not too far from her. Only two exits on the highway. Very clean and welcoming staff everywhere. From the front desk receptionist to the housecleaning to the employee who saw us with luggage wheelie who offered to return it for us. Quiet hallways and very comfortable room with a fridge. We would definitely stay here again!

這個酒店的房間的設施、衞生、以及環境都是很不錯的，就是這次我預訂的是湖景雙床房，實際入住酒店給的衹是雙床房，沒有湖景，和酒店溝通後説沒有湖景房了，可是我是提前預訂而且已經提前付了湖景雙床房全款的，就算當天我們晚上去的晚了一點，也是應該給我們預留房間的吧？結果酒店就是説沒有了，衹能給安排雙床房沒有湖景的，最後與預訂平台攜程溝通後也沒有解決，衹是協商給予退了房間的差價，攜程平台也象徵性的給了一些補償賠款，就算解決了。我提前預訂的湖景雙床房就被酒店給易主了，當天的湖景房價漲的比較高，感覺被酒店高價給賣給別人了，而我們因語音不通，就這樣被欺負了，當天晚上我們回到酒店已經晚上十點多了，累的不行了，還為了房間的事情多方溝通了很久，簡直是噁心的不行，攜程酒店客房幫忙溝通也是需要時間的，我們累死了，當天衹能先休息了等待後續溝通處理結果，直到第二天的中午攜程才反饋了溝通結果，酒店同意退房間差額，攜程平台也給了一些賠償，雖然退了差價和給了一些賠償，但我們心裏還是很不舒服的，必盡我們心怡了很久的湖景房沒有住到。以後應該也不會再去了。真的很遺憾。除去房間的問題，退房的時候還扣了我兩天的停車費，44美元，當時就和前台説了我們沒有開車，前台也及時更正了結算單，説不扣停車費的，可我們離開後我的信用卡上還是被扣了44美元，和攜程酒店客房溝通後説酒店扣錯了，後續會退款的，（到目前為止也沒有看到退款，繼續等待中） 酒店門口的服務小哥需要稱讚一下，我們回程的機場送機服務非常的好，本來以為需要等班車的，可小哥很熱情的親自開車把我們送到了機場，這個需要點贊👍。

The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area. The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available. The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done. One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

A well-regulated hotel, it is OK in this mountain. The morning is very good, the supply time is long and rich. There is coffee in the lobby all day. The most pleasant surprise is that it is close to a large supermarket, and the fruit and cooked vegetables are purchased in one stop. It is super convenient and extra points!

Everything was perfect. Just I expected a terrycloth bathroom slippers.
