I'm very satisfied! They gave me a free room upgrade, which I really appreciate. The service was excellent, and this is my second time staying here. It's super convenient as it's right next to the Moon River Ancient Town. There are also restaurants very close by, so I could easily grab milk tea and food.

Every time I visit Jiaxing, I always stay at Yuehe Inn. It's clean, tidy, and the staff are polite and enthusiastic! The inn has a strong Jiangnan water town vibe, and it's absolutely beautiful and unique, both day and night!

Good only if you get the better rooms in the main building, the rooms in the detached buildings are very basic, small and not well maintained. That said, location is just behind yuehe old street, very accessible and convenient. Room aside, the hotel is very tastefully built and decorated. Recommended for short stays!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and found it beautiful, with its rich historical architecture, definitely a sight to see and experience. We were especially impressed by the customer service provided by the staff member named Ling Guo. She and the other staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance.

I'm back for my second stay at Yuehe Inn! We received a free upgrade to a street-view room and a complimentary fruit platter. The dynamic feature wall in the hotel lobby is quite beautiful. A small stream flows past the rows of rooms, giving the place a distinct Jiangnan charm.
