開門見山，最大的問題就是那個下水道。我看有上個月的點評説堵了，不知道是沒處理呢還是又復發了。如圖，洗一次澡下面水就滿了，一晚上都沒滲下去，隔水效果強大。希望店家及時處理。
隔音。這個問題我以前住的賓館也有，這個價位透點聲音很正常，深夜大家都睡了就問題不大。但比較離譜的是，樓上傳來電動機的聲音，搞到12點多。
衞生。一般，小瑕疵是桌子上一手灰，熱水壺也都是灰，沒敢用。
另外，房間雀食比較小，但還可以接受。
總結，性價比一般，能住，價格也能接受，就是體驗一般（各個方面對比我上一家住過的店）

賓館位置離火車站不遠，步行十幾分鍾就到，出行方便，老闆娘服務不錯，熱情打招呼，服務態度很好，床單被罩應該也都是剛換過的，衞生間熱水充足，水量很大，wifi信號強網速快
