Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

The hotel’s environment is very pleasant, nice view out to lakes and service is excellent, I’m particularly thankful to Gavin who has been very helpful with my needs during my stay there. I’ve also had a meal at the Chinese restaurant and the food is delicious.

Gavin Hsu the front desk manager gives good service and can communicate in English.
Overall good service.
However staff should give correct information to guests- eg can pre-book Didi car in advance via “schedule” button instead of telling guests not book in advance.

My neighbor recommended Jiaxing Marriott to me as a good hotel, so I booked a room in advance and told them that I needed a baby cot. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the porter helped us unload the luggage. As soon as we entered the hotel, the handsome guy in red clothes took the initiative to help with the luggage and guided us to the front desk to check in. Opposite the hotel is a large shopping mall (I didn't go shopping). Because it was the weekend, I booked their buffet dinner in advance. There were many dishes for dinner, including a small blue dragon, tomahawk steak, Wellington, original cut steak, salmon, sashimi and skewers for each person.
