前台的服務人員就用他們熱情的笑容和專業的態度讓我感到非常舒服。
房間非常寬敞，裝修也很考究，民國風細節展現出了酒店的品質。陽台的風景真的是太棒了，站在那裡可以看到湘家盪的美景，讓人心情愉悦。
酒店無論是服務還是設施都讓人非常滿意，下次旅行還會選擇這裏！

上個月來住過，感覺蠻好的，這次雖然是到嘉善出差，還是選擇了君瀾。有一個細節有待提高：我讓機器人把中葯帶到前台，放於冰箱冷藏。不過兩個小時後下樓辦事，才發現中葯還在機器人裏。如果葯效降低了呢？如果葯丟了呢？前台人員很平淡的説：客人太多，忘記了。很無語！！！還有預訂中有一個一人食的套餐，全程沒有提起過。直到離店也不知道怎麼回事？雖然失望多了點，但是下個月還來住，希望有所提高。

小朋友想去風車樂園，所以選了最近的君瀾度假酒店，加上有個長者，親子小套房很適合，價格也很親民，訂的時候顯示週六沒有了，所以就訂了週五一晚，入住的時候看見週六又有了，然後長者小孩對房間都很滿意，於是就直接原房續訂了一晚。
酒店位於湘家盪景區，風景環境都不錯，離風車樂園很近，開車幾分鐘就到了，但就因為位置比較偏，所以周邊比較安靜，沒有熱鬧的商業，適合自駕出行，有自己的停車場，離嘉興中心城區開車大概20來分鐘樣子。
酒店服務也還不錯，有什麼問題反饋比較及時，服務人員也都能保持微笑，這個還是值得表揚的。酒店設施也還可以，親子小套房有個圓形大浴缸，晚上小朋友嗨翻了。親子小套房有2個衞生間，除了浴缸還有淋浴間，配備了小朋友用的階梯式馬桶坐便器，洗漱用的踩腳蹬，入住時也會給小童牙刷和拖鞋，這個就很好。因為是一樓，房間裏還配有電蚊香，我們第二晚就發現有蚊子了，正好用上。但是房間裏沒有配備冰箱，這個就很不方便。
酒店的早餐還比較豐富，補充也比較及時，總體還可以。
至於衞生方面，酒店還需要加強管理。其他就不説了，單單是牀頭櫃這麼明顯的地方，上面的灰塵居然有這麼多（具體看視頻），我都驚呆了，所以其他地方感覺都不能細看，床上ok我們也就過了。
