南湖賓館是毗鄰南湖畔的中式園林式的高端度假酒店，環境優美、白牆黛瓦、小橋流水、綠植茂盛、鮮花吐蕊。尤其是南湖賓館內燕歸堂、在水一方等八景令人賞心悦目，自然景觀和人文底藴深厚。
南湖賓館不僅硬件設施出眾，服務上也處處彰顯有温度的關懷，從迎客、辦理入住、引導到房、歡迎水果、豐盛而有嘉興特產的早餐等等，另外中餐廳和曉·料理閣的味道也不錯，服務也很好讓客人有賓至如歸的獲得感和滿意度。
下次來嘉興，首選入住的還是南湖賓館。

1. 態度：前台的工作人員很熱情，幫助調到更滿意的房間。清潔人員態度也超好，看我們帶着寶寶，主動提供更多的水，以及鋪好墊子，提醒注意別滑倒。
2. 環境：酒店很新很大，環境很好，住起來舒服，就是大到總是找不到電梯在哪哈哈。
3. 周邊：步行到南湖天地也很方便，環湖走15分鐘左右。
總之很滿意，會再來的

非常好的五星酒店，就在南湖邊上，有兩個行人通道可以刷卡進出，直通南湖步道散步。房間很寬敞，安靜衞生，衞生間乾濕分離，有兩個洗臉枱。團購的項目包括早餐和下午茶，早餐豐盛，有中式西式和日式，下午茶服務人員彬彬有禮，素質很好。去南湖旅遊的話，這家賓館應該是首選。

有着去年入住的美好感受，今年又一次來到南湖賓館小住幾天。酒店環境依然美麗如畫，服務還是熱情有加，房間仍舊收拾的乾淨、井然有序，我的選擇沒錯。
