酒店就在南湖邊上，園林式，乾淨衞生，房間很大，員工熱情親切，早餐豐富美味。刷房卡出門直達伍相祠，步行10分鐘多可以到南湖天地，非常滿意，值得再次入住

四月中旬入住幾天，訂的大床房，乾乾淨淨，設施齊全。早餐豐富，也有嘉興特色美食👍🏻👍🏻
賓館本身就像個江南園林，亭台樓閣，水榭花草，處處美景。
刷房卡可進出南湖景區，早晨早點兒起床，沒啥人，整個南湖都是自己的😄😄
若再來嘉興，還住南湖。

設施：環境優美，林園綠化做的非常棒
衞生：房間內整齊乾淨衞生，有歡迎水果，也在晚上準備了小禮品。
服務：美中不足的是入住前的酒店服務員的引導，衹告訴我們開車直行右轉但是都沒有告知我們細節，一開始進入別墅區內我們找不到 7 號樓，而且汽車開入別墅區，7 號樓下午附近沒有設立服務人員和安保人員，我們衹能自己找，我覺得這點是有所欠缺的。
綜合來講，南湖賓館在嘉興還是非常高標的存在，也感謝南湖賓館內的美景為帶了我們完美的訂婚宴。

因為一個酒店，而愛上這個城市。
這應該是嘉興數一數二的酒店了，從出租車司機的語氣裏能聽出來。聽説是國賓館（我執念全國各地的國賓館哈哈哈）劉帶着家人興沖沖地來了。
環境真的，古風結合現代，酒店本身其實不算太大，但一扇同樣南湖景區的小門真的yyds；無論是白天還是黑夜，都可以刷房卡直接進入另一個世界，欣賞不同時刻的美景。順便説一句，南湖景區真的不需要上那個湖心島，周邊的靜逸反而更讓人沉醉。
好了説正題。房間很大，衞生絕對ok，還有衞洗麗；空調貌似不太給力，設定23度睡到半夜悶醒了。早餐非常豐盛，現做的生煎包出乎意料地好吃。
最想表揚的是服務。第一是客房服務，歡迎水果質量很好，所以一入住就吃光了；沒想到外面玩好回來發現，重新又給了一份，這可太暖了。第二是前台服務，點名表揚小文帥哥，給免了mini吧的飲料和薯片（話説酒店方這點挺小氣啊……首輪mini吧居然收費，就這點價值的東西……格局小了）
總體可以，衹是這個房價……真的可以再大氣些。

南湖賓館住了好幾次了哦～1號樓，2號樓都住過，總體感覺來説1號樓更方便，2號樓2045～走的真的是腳痠…
除此之前，房間都差不多，衹要有陽台的房間，基本我都OK！上次的小窗户的房間，實在是感官太差了…所以後續都有電話，要求有陽台～

酒店就在南湖邊，有內部通道可以刷門卡進入南湖景區，十分方便。定的湖景房，但是因為限高原因，其實湖都被樹擋住了，看不到什麼景色，有些遺憾。房間很大，設施也很齊全，很安靜，晚上睡覺幾乎聽不到什麼聲音。而且雖然房間就在湖邊，但是一點也不潮。另外，mini吧不免費。
