房間乾淨，也很貼心的準備了安全床欄，晚上的音樂會準備了防蚊貼，很用心.非常適合小孩子全家親子活動，活動很多，就是時間來不及，沒辦法都參加一下，下次有機會在來玩

臨近假期找的酒店，意外的驚喜。管家全程無死角熱情服務，度假村裡麪的活動也很多，我們一天的活動基層是無縫銜接，晚上還有音樂會和煙火，閑下來還可以在公園裡兜兜，房間也很有設計感，乾淨整潔。

服務很好，在園區裏出行有接駁車接送，會幫忙取外賣，活動都及時通知，贈送的券基本上涵蓋園區所有的娛樂項目了，晚上有音樂會和煙花，小朋友玩得很開心。入住有歡迎水果，走時有伴手禮，礦泉水送的依雲，晚餐菜量很大，味道也不錯，比較清淡。唯一美中不足的是被子實在太厚了。

沒拍什麼照片,因為整個行程巨糟心,且啥也沒玩上!
入住這個酒店就是想讓父母逛逛,不想人擠人,特地挑了假期前請了長假陪陪父母, 結果迎來了半個月自駕遊最差的體驗! 首先民宿本身沒啥服務可言, 老闆太摳唆, 我們到的那天整個民宿就一位女性客服.所有的事情衹有她一人兼顧,根本來不及, 導致我們衹能不停的原地等候, 一等半小時起步...到的那天3點, 啥也沒有, 公園哪哪都沒人, 最後無奈出去吃飯了, 我們還自我安慰今天有點晚了,明早早點逛總有人了吧, 第二天一如既往哪哪都沒有人,説為了接待51長假,全部要去開會, 整個公園空無一人! 電話打了一個又一個説馬上派人來, 等了半小時還是無人接待, 反覆誆騙拖延, 最後1整天時間浪費在這個破地方! 初期衹是給民宿投訴, 要求退回園區費用,反反覆覆讓員工打太極, 老闆非常沒禮貌, 自己隱身當不知, 問了多次,好不容易加了微信2週一句話沒有! 非要投訴到攜程投訴12315了才開始有反饋! 我要退回一半費用僅是維護基本權益, 並不是你提供的補償!!!畢竟你沒提供任何服務!我還未追究你浪費了我們寶貴的假期!! 給大家避雷,千萬別去! 太坑了! 去過服務最差的民宿,沒有之一!

這個週末帶孩子住在飛鳥集民宿，特別喜歡這裏的環境。整個園區都採用大量實木建築，各個活動中心都是，設計很棒，是我們非常喜歡的風格。民宿的建築很特別，實木屋頂，我住的這幢就像一個大別墅，一樓是公共活動區，二樓住人。裏面的傢俱也採用很不錯的實木製成。民宿在園區裏，去哪裡遊玩都很方便，我們住的這天住客不滿，這工作人員隨時可以接送，不需要等太久。工作人員非常熱情周到，入住前一天就添加微信溝通，整個入住過程中有任何疑問發短訊，他們都很快回復並儘可能解決各種問題，很為旅客着想。費用包括一頓不錯的晚餐，第二天早餐及好幾項娛樂項目，還是很值得。園區太美了，如果不是孩子玩不動了，我真想騎着自行車玩一整天。離杭州很近，以後有時間就想來這裏住一下，特別解壓。
