Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

It is convenient to book here for travel and stay at Atour for the first time. Atour Hotel Nanhu is located in the CBD of Nanhu Business District, close to many business buildings such as Jiaxing World Trade Center and World Financial Center. It is about a 7-minute walk from Wanda Plaza and about 5 kilometers from Nanhu Scenic Area. I booked an executive twin room with two 1.5-meter double beds. It was comfortable and there was no need to squeeze in with children. The room is very large, and there is a Japanese tatami on the window sill. You can take a rest when you have nothing to do. It feels very comfortable. Environment: Comfortable Hygiene: clean Service: good The overall feeling is good.

First of all, I didn’t ask to come to Jiaxing to play for a few days and choose Yayue to comment. #Sanitary room is super clean and tidy, no smell and not stuffy and comfortable. #Service currently has no demand for any service but the front desk is very warm #Location traffic opposite Meihuazhou is the bus stop to go out convenient #Room The facilities are air-conditioned and refrigerated. It is really cool. The outside is very dry. It feels different when you enter the room. The facilities are OK. The TV can also have a little bit. Although it is more than ten square meters, the layout does not look narrow. The bathroom is large. It is unimaginable that the shower room can stand for three or four people and the light is light. It’s not depressing. I can say that I am very satisfied this time. I will choose this hotel ps. The quilt was taken after I slept by myself.
