地理位置很不錯，樓下就是長城烤肉，離嘉峪關站也很近，交通挺方便的，衞生也不錯，前台服務也很認真，工作人員很客氣

怎麼講呢？豪海大酒店設施還行，環境好，安靜沒吵鬧，服務態度好，但是衞生情況太糟糕，茶几上粘粘的，沙發上有很多臟……打開窗子，窗子全是灰塵……真的要好好改進了，不然衹會被淘汰，我花了點時間把房間衞生打掃了。

之前訂的房間由於一些問題不能入住，平台免費更換升級了這家酒店，設施很新很全，住着相當舒服。酒店對面的長城烤肉也非常好吃，價格實惠，服務周到。

酒店設施老舊損壞的比較多，特別是馬桶正對淋浴間隔斷空間小的蹲不下。早餐是外面合作的混沌店。冬季暖氣太熱28度左右。
