"The hotel is situated about 20minutes away from the train station. we got in quite early and they allow us to check in. they even upraded us to a bigger room. swrvice is amazing. they have assisted us with the travel plan way before we arrive. that helps with our planning. the cleanliness is above acceptable range. their laundry room is great although i didnt get to use it. we still had some cloths oeft for the next journey so we dont really need to use it. best thing is that they provide a great individual packet of soap for washing. The front desk staff was so friendly that they even helped us booked a cab driver to bring us around to all the main attractions. That helped us save a lot of time trying to get the didi around town. Going in to the places of interest is fine, problem is getting a car to come out. So we decided to book for the full day. The breakfast was really satisfying. Full line of food for breakfast and enough for all choices of travelers to choose from. Would definitely recommend the hotel. A great and clean place to stay for sure."

The security guards at the hotel entrance were very responsible; they'd arrange parking for you as soon as you drove up, so no worries about parking at all. If I had to mention a downside, the breakfast was just okay. The milk dispenser tap in the buffet restaurant was broken, so it took forever to get a glass of milk. 😓"

The breakfast was particularly noteworthy, with a wide variety of options and delicious taste. Drinks at the front desk were also complimentary, which is incredibly reasonable for the price. Overall, I was very satisfied with the high-quality, cost-effectiveness. However, I have a small suggestion: the hairdryer is rather old-fashioned, has a weak airflow, and isn't very reliable."

"My parents went to Jiayuguan for fun, and I booked this for them. I chose Moluo Inn purely because of the reviews, but the feedback from my parents proved that my choice was right. The environment is very clean, the breakfast is exquisite and nutritionally balanced, there are three-fort tea, and herbal bags for foot bath. Because my parents are older, the boss also provided free pick-up and drop-off services, and helped to contact a chartered car for sightseeing the next day, which made people feel the warmth of a strange city. The room is also very clean and quiet. You can see the Qilian Mountains in the distance from the room, which is very suitable for complete relaxation."

The room is clean, spacious n beautifully design w wood finishing. The breakfast is very rich however if u r FIT traveller is the best u come down later for breakfast as they always replenish the food for u."

However, the air conditioning in all three rooms I booked stopped cooling around 10 PM, which affected our sleep. Also, people were smoking in the lobby and no one seemed to care."

They went above and beyond to help me get in touch with the driver, and I'm truly grateful for their assistance. The room was clean and spacious, offering a beautiful view of the Qilian Mountains' snowy peaks from the window. The hotel's location is super convenient, with easy access to attractions by taxi. The breakfast selection was also quite good. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!"

"The hotel is a bit old and small, but the front desk staff provided excellent service – really warm and thoughtful. My child lost the room key, and they asked us to try and remember where we might have dropped it so they could go retrieve it. The breakfast was quite varied, and the congee was especially fragrant and delicious. The air conditioning was very cold, which was a lifesaver because it was so hot in Jiuquan during the day. There's a supermarket across the road to the left of the hotel with really cheap fruit, and not far away there's a night market with lots of food options."
