服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，特別是我落下東西小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，環境很棒，房間內讓人感覺很温馨，配的拖鞋和洗護用品都很高檔，很滿意的一次入住體驗，強烈推薦！

酒店離市政廣場不遠，交通非常便利。門前有免費的停車場。入住的房間非常舒適，服務員非常熱情，態度非常好，酒店還有健身房，非常方便。因第二天走的比較早，沒有在這裏用餐，但是前台美女介紹有餐廳，可以點菜和吃火鍋，會推薦同事來住，出差旅行的好選擇。

房間乾淨，整潔，性價比超高，前台和客房服務都很好，雖然是搶到的特價房，但服務沒有打折，到房間有小份的水果，晚上睡前還給送來了熱牛奶，非常温馨，去嘉峪關值得推薦的酒店，衹是特價房沒有早餐有點遺憾，不過周邊吃飯也很方便，都是家常飯館，酒店也有自己的餐廳，環境優雅。
