房子説實話還可以，離店後第二天一大早發現丟了一個東西，不怎麼值錢但是這兩天需要用。從早上打電話到這會還是在我一再打電話諮詢的前提下説，沒找到。我們全家人都確定是丟在酒店了，因為這個東西裝的時候摔了一下，把上面的一個配件摔掉了，然後沒太注意就裝起來了，摔掉的配件落在了酒店房間衞生間。他們肯定嫌麻煩不給找。就這麼一件小事工作人員一是無法及時解決二是嫌麻煩不給好好找，想知道你們嗯服務為何物？？

設施：沐浴間的開關衹有順時，逆時兩個方向。根本看不出是切換淋浴還是花灑，也看不出切換熱水還是冷水。開水和關水都很容易豪無預兆地就調出淋浴或者調出冷水。牆上沒有任何指示！我們四個人，三個人因為這個破開關淋濕了衣服！
入住的時候特地要的安靜房間。結果洗個澡，還要響個破音樂！沐浴間的音樂開關是壞的。按了沒反應。洗完澡音樂也不會聽。長者不知道如何關掉音樂，衹能硬聽着！
標間，兩張床衹有靠衞生間的床，靠衞生間一側衹容側身過的牆頭有插座！！離譜至極！
晚上整個房間到處都是亮的！音樂液晶屏，按鈕，空調燈（是的！空調面板燈也關不掉）電視待機燈，usb充電口顯示燈……整個晚上燈光輝煌！
早餐忘記拿早餐票就一定要你回房間拿票，不給票不給進。我説刷房卡讓前台查一下也不行！
早餐盤子很小。早餐饅頭幾乎冰冷！兩個熱菜也基本冷透。豆漿味道淡到衹有甜味，像糖水。粥也稀得差不多衹有水了。
離嘉峪關市區好遠……
衞生：馬桶圈是方形的，帶來的馬桶墊套不上，就用酒精棉擦一下。上面居然有粘得很牢的膠，膠布一類的東西。噁心至極！
