I really hope that there will be such a good ski hotel with super service in China; but at present, almost all service staff are newcomers every year. I feel that the person in charge of training does not understand very well. A simple The bathing in the pool is not a real hot spring. We have already paid more than 3,000 yuan for the room, but we still have to pay an additional 128 yuan for admission? We carried a lantern and searched in ski hotels across the country, but we rarely encountered such a ”stingy” approach. We added the manager on Wechat and he was so helpful and attentive. Service was great. Room was warm and clean. We arrived late on the first night and asked for dinner recommendations. He checked our food preferences, called ahead and sent a car to take us to a good restaurant! Breakfast is nice and right next to the ski service center. He helped with tickets and transport for our whole trip. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at the Holiday Inn between Christmas and New Year. My friends stayed in the Club Med down the road. Although I joined them for dinner at Club Med, I was genuinely very happy with my stay at Holiday Inn. The room was spacious with a good layout. It had central heating and underfloor heating (lovely after a day of skiing). The room was clean, and I appreciate that the staff offered to change the linen and towels daily, but only on request as they were conscious of the environment. The staff were friendly, but it was difficult with the language barrier as they spoke very limited English and I needed to translate everything. I was very happy with the breakfast at the hotel, as it had a range of good quality western and Asian dishes. I could easily fill up on this food and not eat again until dinner. If I had have been hungry, I could have visited the little snack shop in the lobby. Though the hotel is a short 5min walk away from the main ski service hall, there is a ski-in ski-out option from the hotel if you already have equipment. Alternatively, you can ride the free shuttle bus from the hotel to the service hall. The shuttle bus runs every 5-10mins until 10pm, which is very useful as you can also use it to go to dinner and back. Included in the hotel booking, was free entrance to the Japanese hot springs. This is close to the ski hall, so you can take the shuttle. It is wonderful and highly recommended for all ages, especially as it is technically part of the hotel’s stay!

The decoration is magnificent, Manchu-style theme hotel. There are two animal specimens on the first floor, and the large bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath. The room is very large and spacious. I just don't know why the bathroom is when I enter the door. Overall very good.

The hotel is very pleasant to stay. The view is great and the services are excellent. The food in the hotel restaurants are delicious and can be catered for any kind. Just would like to mention that the cleaner Lou Aryi , who was looking after my floor is very nice and helpful.

The breakfast is pretty good, the dining hall is about 2,000 square meters, there are many varieties, and the service staff are kind.

The service at this hotel was warm and attentive, making me feel at home. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, giving me a wonderful sleeping experience. The hotel's strategic location and convenient transportation make traveling very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities and advanced equipment, which met all my needs. The breakfast was rich, varied and delicious, which kept me energized every day. The hotel staff are friendly. Huo Wanting, Qiu Yuqi, Yang Luoyi and Zhou Shibo provide excellent service and make me feel very warm.

The check-in experience was very good. The room was very warm and the floor was very high, overlooking Jilin City. This time I drove here specifically to see the rime. The hotel has its own underground parking lot. In the winter in the Northeast, it is very difficult to park outside and drive in the morning. This is very nice. There are also many types of breakfast at this price. I will choose to stay here next time I come to Jilin.
