"A huge thanks to Jing at the front desk – actually, the entire front desk team was fantastic and very friendly. The hotel lobby is absolutely stunning, it really impressed me. The location is excellent, and the facilities are great too. My only disappointment was the breakfast on the second floor. The decor felt so old and outdated, I almost thought I'd walked into a different establishment, like a guest house. The food itself was also very mediocre, which was a shame."

"Exceeded my expectations! First, the location is great, right on Jilin Street. Although the room was a bit facing the street, the windows were very well sealed, making for an exceptionally quiet night's sleep. It's just a few minutes' walk to Xiamen Street, where you can find all sorts of delicious food, making it super convenient to try Jilin's local specialties. After dinner, we'd walk to the riverside to enjoy the night view – a perfect way to digest and cool down. The room was very clean, and the self-service breakfast was incredibly rich. The restaurant service was very thoughtful; on the first day of the 'Chufu' (beginning of the hottest period), they even specially prepared dumplings, and on a celebratory day, they offered desserts. The front desk service was also very detailed and attentive. Truly lives up to being a Hilton-branded hotel. I've already recommended it to my friends for their next visit to Jilin."

"When we arrived it smelled already great in the Lobby. The staff was very friendly, especially the people at breakfast (Thank you SinSin 🫶🏽). For German standards the room could be even a bit more clean, but overall we felt very comfortable and like at home. The beds are very comfortable and big. Breakfast is great. They offer a wide range of food from Asian to western, which was very delicious. You can see the buffet in the attached pictures . Can’t wait to stay here again, when we visit Jilin."

"I was in a rush and accidentally left my laptop charger in the room, without even realizing it myself. Thankfully, the housekeeping staff found it during cleaning. The front desk staff, Wang Xiaoxue, assisted me throughout the entire process, thoughtfully arranging for the item to be couriered to my home. Her service was thorough and meticulous, truly commendable."

Lake Songhua Seibu Prince Hotel
"The price was significantly inflated during the Chinese New Year period. My child had a high fever during our stay, and when we first sought help from the front desk, they were extremely unprofessional, claiming not to know anything. For a hotel costing over 4000, I find this level of service awareness unacceptable. Fortunately, the duty manager later provided excellent assistance. The soundproofing is very poor. The room itself was quite tidy and clean, and the housekeeping staff were very diligent. It's very close to the ski resort, which is convenient for skiing."

"Our ski trip to Fenghua Lanshe was absolutely perfect! It's located right in the heart of Vanke Songhua Lake Resort, just a short walk to the ski lift entrance. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making everything super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with great floor heating. The panoramic balcony offered stunning mountain and snow views, and they even provide free ski equipment storage. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful, communicating check-in details in advance and paying attention to every small thing. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers excellent value for money. It's perfect for both ski trips and family vacations. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Songhua Lake!"

There's also Qingshan Restaurant and Erliang Baozi Shop right outside, making it super convenient. The room was very clean and tidy, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!! I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"Good hotel if you are visiting Jilin for a holiday, as it is well-located for getting to Beishan Park and the Songhua River, just a five minute walk either way. However, it’s about a 15 minute drive from the station / city centre. Just be aware that the address on Trip.com emails seems to confuse taxi drivers, so you can tell them that it’s next to the Jilin Mosque instead. Rooms are small, but clean and functional. Service is good and the staff are helpful. The breakfast is tasty, although the coffee machine can only make one kind of coffee. Overall, very reasonable for the price."

"The double bed was made by pushing two single beds together. The light on the mirror couldn't be turned off and was directly in my eyes at night. There was no handheld shower. The ceiling on the sixth floor kept making noise all night, and the room phone was unusable. I went down to the front desk, and they sent a security guard up to check. The guard told me it was the sound of a booster pump, and if it stopped, there would be no hot water. I don't want to exaggerate the guard's attitude, but basically, if I wanted to sleep, the water pressure was low; if I wanted a proper shower, there was noise. If you're considering this hotel, check this information to see if it applies to you and avoid this place."

"I chose this hotel by chance when I went to Jilin City for a trip during the Chinese New Year. Overall, it has a five-star rating. First of all, the location is very good. Along the main road, it is a good distance from the main attractions in the city. It is surrounded by universities and is convenient for ordering food and shopping. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it has an independent parking lot, and there are plenty of parking spaces, which makes it very convenient for vehicles to enter and exit. The hotel is a wedding hotel, so the facilities and environment are very good, the decoration is also relatively new in American style, and the sanitation is timely. The facilities and equipment in the room are also very good and advanced, and the price is much cheaper than that of the same category! I recommend everyone to try it! It is definitely not a trust, it is a hotel that I personally live in and am more satisfied with! It is not worse than chain hotels at all!"

"The room price comparison is OK. There is a parking lot, which is convenient for self-driving. The hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast, I think this can be strengthened. The parent-child room is very convenient for a family of four. The windows in the hotel are just a little smaller. The ladies in the housekeeping department are always responsive, and children's toothbrushes and slippers are provided. It is recommended to give more paper, as it is not enough for a family of four. Overall satisfied"

"The house was clean and tidy and soundproofed. I didn't hear the mess after staying for more than a week. The refrigerator has no smell, which is very good. Takeaway is very convenient, you can unlock the takeaway brother in the house without running out to press the elevator. There is a trash can next to the elevator, and there is no smell to clean it regularly. The overall environment is very good. Dissatisfied place, the toilet is too close to the wall, the sink is too small, and there is no hot water, these days are washed with a shower. Overall very satisfied, some small flaws have little impact"
