"A huge thanks to Jing at the front desk – actually, the entire front desk team was fantastic and very friendly. The hotel lobby is absolutely stunning, it really impressed me. The location is excellent, and the facilities are great too. My only disappointment was the breakfast on the second floor. The decor felt so old and outdated, I almost thought I'd walked into a different establishment, like a guest house. The food itself was also very mediocre, which was a shame."

"The price was significantly inflated during the Chinese New Year period. My child had a high fever during our stay, and when we first sought help from the front desk, they were extremely unprofessional, claiming not to know anything. For a hotel costing over 4000, I find this level of service awareness unacceptable. Fortunately, the duty manager later provided excellent assistance. The soundproofing is very poor. The room itself was quite tidy and clean, and the housekeeping staff were very diligent. It's very close to the ski resort, which is convenient for skiing."

"Our ski trip to Fenghua Lanshe was absolutely perfect! It's located right in the heart of Vanke Songhua Lake Resort, just a short walk to the ski lift entrance. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making everything super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with great floor heating. The panoramic balcony offered stunning mountain and snow views, and they even provide free ski equipment storage. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful, communicating check-in details in advance and paying attention to every small thing. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers excellent value for money. It's perfect for both ski trips and family vacations. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Songhua Lake!"

The front desk staff, Zhang Chi and Liu Chang, were incredibly polite and processed my check-in quickly. They proactively offered information about local attractions and breakfast times. The room was spotless, with no stains in corners or the bathroom. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the room had excellent soundproofing – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway. Any requests I made online were promptly addressed, and the delivery robot was very efficient. Plus, the mini-bar drinks were complimentary. The overall service was attentive and thoughtful, without being intrusive, balancing privacy with personalized care. This will be my top choice for future trips and I'll definitely book here again."

"Getting to the ski resort is quite convenient. However, it's on a hillside, so if you take the bus and get off at the Prince Hotel, it's best to take a taxi. Otherwise, dragging your luggage uphill is very tiring, really tiring!"

"We booked this hotel in Jilin City for my daughter's marathon. Our room had cooking facilities, a fridge, and a washing machine. We arrived past 11 PM, and the front desk staff were incredibly patient and welcoming. The next day, while my daughter ran her marathon, we visited Mount Daqing, which was a delightful surprise. The hotel was affordable, the service was excellent, and they even provided a shuttle for the marathon. It was also conveniently located for sightseeing and had plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommend!"

"I frequently stay at budget hotels, but I rarely leave reviews. However, I absolutely have to review this particular Hanting – it's the best one I've ever stayed at. The hotel has actually been open for quite some time, so I initially thought the facilities would be old. But once I entered, it felt like a brand new hotel! The overall layout is very comfortable, and it was completely quiet at night. Although it's not huge, everything is spotless, which made for a very pleasant stay. What surprised me most was that every room features an original piece of art. These paintings are a collaborative effort with students from the Central Academy of Fine Arts – a cross-industry partnership! That creative artwork really enhanced the entire room. I genuinely felt much happier just by looking at it every evening. The front desk even has traditional Northeastern padded coats for photo opportunities, and the lighting throughout the hotel, both at reception and in the rooms, is very pleasant. Overall, I found my stay extremely comfortable. My mom felt a great vibe from the moment she stepped in. We later stayed at other Hanting hotels, but none of them were as good as this one."

"The room's location is very convenient. Although it's in Phase 3, it's quite close to the ski resort, only a 7-8 minute walk. There's also Qingshan Restaurant and Erliang Baozi Shop right outside, making it super convenient. The room was very clean and tidy, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. Excellent value for money! Highly recommended!! I'll definitely stay here again next time."
