GGuest UserI've never actively left a hotel review before, but this place truly deserves five stars for its service, facilities, and dining. It's awesome!
**Location:** Step outside and turn the corner, and you're surrounded by amazing food. I ordered a lot of takeout from here and ate until I was stuffed, yet my wallet barely took a hit.
**Service:** In the morning, they called to ask about my preferred check-in time. Upon arrival, three front desk staff immediately assisted me, and they proactively upgraded my room since one was available. A kind gentleman helped me carry three takeout orders and my luggage to my room. When I asked for a disposable bathtub liner, an auntie brought one to my door right away. In the evening, I wasn't feeling well and wanted hot milk. After my takeout arrived at the front desk, a young lady microwaved it for me and delivered it to my room, even asking if I needed a heat pad.
**Room Facilities:** They perfectly met my needs. The disposable toiletries in my booked room were great, and there was a vanity table. The Dyson hairdryer kept my hair from getting frizzy. I'm not one to nitpick, but to be objective, I checked some spots that looked like water stains and found they were actually scratches, not a sign that the room wasn't cleaned properly. The hot water came on quickly, there was a humidifier, and the underfloor heating wasn't too hot. The gym was also very good; the equipment met my needs.
**Dining:** My breakfast was simple, but the variety and quality of the food at the hotel's restaurant were great, and the dining staff were very enthusiastic! I forgot to take photos, but I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and recommend it to my friends!

The bathroom was also spacious and functional, with a separate shower, washbasin, and toilet, giving it a high-end feel. The room's huge window offered a stunning view, and the room was bathed in warm sunlight. The hotel breakfast was plentiful and of commendable quality 👍, and the dining environment was cozy. I was very lucky during my trip to Jilin; I saw the rime ice on the morning of the 14th and then took a nap in the sunshine in bed – a truly fulfilling experience ❤️

AAnonymous UserThe room featured a chic, light luxury style. It was spacious and impeccably clean, with plush bedding that ensured a truly refreshing sleep. The bathroom had a convenient wet-dry separation, and the attention to detail throughout was excellent. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in was both swift and thoughtful, and they even proactively upgraded my room type.
The dining experience was equally impressive. Breakfast at Xijiangyue Restaurant offered an extensive selection, including Chinese pastries, hot dishes, and various congees. The Chaoshan cuisine at Wanyuege Chinese Restaurant was incredibly authentic. Furthermore, Pengdashi Hotpot not only provided stunning river views but also offered a two-person set menu with exceptional value for money.

AAllxtThis hotel is excellent! We're foreigners, from Russia, and it was our first time visiting Songhua Lake. The New Story Suite Hotel made us feel right at home. All the staff were incredibly kind. There are so many fun spots in this hotel! Games, karaoke, and a restaurant are all on the -1 floor. I have three kids, so there were plenty of things for them to do. It was super convenient to bring the children here.
My favorite part was the massage. I especially loved Mr. He (He Ruiyou). His hands are truly amazing!
We'll definitely stay here again next time!

We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays with our large family (5 people: 2 adults and three children).
We rented a large room, which was cozy and clean. We all felt comfortable in this spacious room, and there were enough beds for everyone.
We loved everything about this hotel: the friendly staff, and the cleanliness was top-notch – we walked barefoot in the room. You can request room cleaning as needed.
Downstairs, there's a hot water pool. The water is changed every three days.
But what I liked most was the Tesla shuttle service to the mountain.
And the most wonderful thing about this excellent hotel is the masseur He Ruiyou (that's his name in Chinese). After a day on the slopes, a massage from Mr. He is exactly what you need. He is the best masseur I've ever encountered.

Convenient transportation, great lighting in the room, wide view of the large windows, sufficient natural light during the day, the whole space is bright and transparent, the curtains are double-layer design of shading + gauze curtains, and the blackout curtain is expected! Can isolate the outside light, and the quality of sleep is directly full. The bathroom is very dry and wet separation, the shower area has strong water flow, the water temperature is stable, the sink is spacious, the toiletries are individually packaged, clean and hygienic, the towels and bath towels are soft and skin-friendly, and the situation is really good without hardening. Come back next time!
