The service is super friendly, and they even have dumplings and beef noodles! Plus, there's an esports room on the second floor of the ski rental shop, perfect for gamers looking to play a round.

We visited during the National Day holiday, and the price for this suite was very reasonable. With three single beds, it was perfect for families like ours with older children. Check-in and check-out were very convenient, as the butler contacted us in advance with the access code, making everything super easy.

GGuest UserWhat impressed me most was the service. Both the young lady on our first day and the gentleman at check-out today were exceptionally nice. It truly puts southern service to shame. Secondly, the location is excellent, right in the most bustling area of Fortune Plaza, and the price is quite affordable too.

GGuest UserThe room is very nice, my family and children like it very much. The projection screen is very good! The washing machine and microwave are also very practical. The only flaw is that there are no towels. The quality of disposable towels is not good, and the packaging also makes people misunderstand that extra consumption is required. The boss is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly. I will choose a similar house next time.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: Aside from the bed and TV stand, the room also came with a sofa and a small table, which was really convenient for organizing our bits and bobs. On the first floor, there's a free laundry room, and after our clothes were washed and dried, the front desk staff even packed them for us in their custom tote bags.
Cleanliness: Spotless. They also have various drinks available on the first floor.
Ambiance: There are a few pink loungers outside the entrance, and the colorful balloon-shaped lights are adorable. It's super easy to get to the riverside from here, where singers perform live and connect with each other – it's really lively.
Service: Excellent.

Although it is instant, it saves me from going downstairs to buy it. There are free laundry and drying on the third floor, and laundry detergent is also provided. Thumbs up. In addition, I would like to praise the beautiful lady at the front desk (didn't ask her name) for helping me to extend my stay very quickly👍

MM548778****A great place to stay! We had a minor hiccup during our visit, but everything else was fantastic. The service was incredibly warm and accommodating, almost always fulfilling our requests. The shuttle drivers to the ski resort were particularly enthusiastic and responded super quickly. The surrounding area is very convenient with lots of delicious food options. It would be even better if the breakfast selection had more variety, but the bun shop downstairs is definitely the top must-try at Songhua Lake – absolutely delicious! We'll definitely consider staying here again next time.
