The service is super friendly, and they even have dumplings and beef noodles! Plus, there's an esports room on the second floor of the ski rental shop, perfect for gamers looking to play a round.

After booking on Trip.com, I had to add the assistant's WeChat, and then I was added to a butler service group that provided real-time check-in instructions, which was very thoughtful. Our flight was quite late, so we didn't arrive at Beidahu until past 11 PM. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and the hallway was quiet and clean. The room had twin beds, a bar, and complimentary drinking water. I especially loved the bathroom, which had a heated toilet seat, and the shower was fantastic – strong water pressure and spacious. I had a very comfortable night's sleep, it was great! The self-service check-in and check-out process was quick and convenient, perfect for students!

The hotel proactively informs guests around 4 AM whether there's a chance of rime ice that day, saving us from waiting around for nothing – that's really thoughtful. The best part is, regardless of the weather, they provide shuttle service to Little Rime Island. Given its remote location, having a dedicated shuttle not only solves transportation issues but also makes the early morning trip safe and stress-free! While the shuttle service to Little Rime Island is convenient, its remote location means higher transportation costs. I highly recommend visiting in January when the chances of seeing rime ice are highest. Otherwise, traveling all that way only to miss out on the spectacular rime ice could make the trip feel a bit bland. Choosing the right time is key to making it a worthwhile journey!

The room was clean and hygienic, and larger than expected. It was also just steps from the ski resort, and there was a shuttle bus available morning and evening if you didn't want to walk around. The staff were very welcoming, answering all questions patiently. The breakfast at the Erliang Baozi shop downstairs was also delicious. There was an elevator, and check-in and check-out were very convenient. Five stars! I would definitely book again next time.

Facilities: Aside from the bed and TV stand, the room also came with a sofa and a small table, which was really convenient for organizing our bits and bobs. On the first floor, there's a free laundry room, and after our clothes were washed and dried, the front desk staff even packed them for us in their custom tote bags. Cleanliness: Spotless. They also have various drinks available on the first floor. Ambiance: There are a few pink loungers outside the entrance, and the colorful balloon-shaped lights are adorable. It's super easy to get to the riverside from here, where singers perform live and connect with each other – it's really lively. Service: Excellent.

Everything about this stay was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Business Suite, which made the experience even better. The room was very clean, but the real winner was the bed—honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Great breakfast spread too.

I chose this hotel by chance when I went to Jilin City for a trip during the Chinese New Year. Overall, it has a five-star rating. First of all, the location is very good. Along the main road, it is a good distance from the main attractions in the city. It is surrounded by universities and is convenient for ordering food and shopping. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it has an independent parking lot, and there are plenty of parking spaces, which makes it very convenient for vehicles to enter and exit. The hotel is a wedding hotel, so the facilities and environment are very good, the decoration is also relatively new in American style, and the sanitation is timely. The facilities and equipment in the room are also very good and advanced, and the price is much cheaper than that of the same category! I recommend everyone to try it! It is definitely not a trust, it is a hotel that I personally live in and am more satisfied with! It is not worse than chain hotels at all!

Our ski trip to Fenghua Lanshe was absolutely perfect! It's located right in the heart of Vanke Songhua Lake Resort, just a short walk to the ski lift entrance. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with plenty of dining, shopping, and entertainment options, making everything super convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with great floor heating. The panoramic balcony offered stunning mountain and snow views, and they even provide free ski equipment storage. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful, communicating check-in details in advance and paying attention to every small thing. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers excellent value for money. It's perfect for both ski trips and family vacations. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Songhua Lake!

The hotel staff really understand what skiers need! They'd proactively help us with our skis and were enthusiastic about answering questions regarding snow conditions and weather. Sun Jiahe, in particular, was very thoughtful; the ski storage area was organized perfectly. It felt less like a hotel and more like a home base for fellow skiers. It's very convenient, like in North America, with direct gondola access right outside the door, allowing you to ski to various places. There's ski equipment available right downstairs in the hotel. Dining and resting facilities are also easily accessible. The room's orientation is excellent too.

They were also patient in answering questions, making the entire experience superb. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!
