I highly recommend staying at Jenny's place! The location is superb! Phase 1 is definitely different; it's the first building right at the ski resort entrance, comparable to the Zhanyun Hotel in terms of location – truly unparalleled. The room has underfloor heating, the temperature is just right, not cold at all, and the hot water is also very hot, making for a very comfortable stay. The cleanliness is also excellent; I brought my own disposable bedding, but the room was so clean I didn't even need to use it. Jenny is also very kind and even upgraded me to a suite for free. The room window faces the ski resort entrance with a fantastic view, the room is spacious, and it even has a kitchenette and washing machine. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The second phase is very quiet, the left is the third phase, the right is the first phase, the first phase is the ski resort, very close but I think it is too noisy, the first floor is full of shops. My room is in Building 15 of the second phase, walk to the ski resort for6-7 minutes.
