The wedding ceremony in the morning has a slight impact on the upstairs room rest. I want to continue to stay at the front desk at noon but said that there is no room. This is my first experience at Hampton by Hilton. The front desk reception, hot tea snacks, children's toothbrushes and hot milk are very considerate. The room layout is also very good. Songhua Lake as a whole is a great ski resort. However I wish there would have been more services and support for non English speakers. Our kids didn’t want to take lessons or stay at the kids club because there weren’t any staff that can speak English. The Prince Hotel is a wonderful hotel though. Conveniently located. The ski in/out convenience was definitely a key benefit. The only drawback was the crowd during peak holidays. We will definitely come back but will avoid the Chinese holidays if we can.

We added the manager on Wechat and he was so helpful and attentive. Service was great. Room was warm and clean. We arrived late on the first night and asked for dinner recommendations. He checked our food preferences, called ahead and sent a car to take us to a good restaurant! Breakfast is nice and right next to the ski service center. He helped with tickets and transport for our whole trip. Would definitely stay again!
