Jilin City Hotels with Balcony

"This hotel is excellent! We're foreigners, from Russia, and it was our first time visiting Songhua Lake. The New Story Suite Hotel made us feel right at home. All the staff were incredibly kind. There are so many fun spots in this hotel! Games, karaoke, and a restaurant are all on the -1 floor. I have three kids, so there were plenty of things for them to do. It was super convenient to bring the children here. My favorite part was the massage. I especially loved Mr. He (He Ruiyou). His hands are truly amazing! We'll definitely stay here again next time! (Original Russian review also provided): We stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays with our large family (5 people: 2 adults and three children). We rented a large room, which was cozy and clean. We all felt comfortable in this spacious room, and there were enough beds for everyone. We loved everything about this hotel: the friendly staff, and the cleanliness was top-notch – we walked barefoot in the room. You can request room cleaning as needed. Downstairs, there's a hot water pool. The water is changed every three days. But what I liked most was the Tesla shuttle service to the mountain. And the most wonderful thing about this excellent hotel is the masseur He Ruiyou (that's his name in Chinese). After a day on the slopes, a massage from Mr. He is exactly what you need. He is the best masseur I've ever encountered."

"The environment is very good. It should be a newly opened hotel. The facilities are very new and clean. However! ! ! ! The soundproofing is super, super bad. Friends who can't stay up late are advised not to come. I checked in at 8 o'clock yesterday. The couple next door kept making very loud noises. I thought it was better to make less trouble than more trouble and wait until they went to bed at night. As a result, at 11 o'clock, the two of them started watching the football game. The sound of the TV was still very loud until 12 o'clock, as if it was playing in my ears. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I called the front desk and told me that it was just the sound of normal people talking and watching TV. At 12 o'clock in the evening, I was told that it was normal. I couldn't help but quarreled for a few words. The front desk agreed to change the room, but the things had to be moved together. I tossed it in the middle of the night. Although it was quiet, I was also energetic. I fell asleep at nearly 1:30. The environment and sanitation are nothing to say. The soundproofing is really too bad. I will definitely not stay a second time"

"This stay at the Riyadh Hotel Jilin truly exceeded my expectations! Upon entering the lobby, I was immediately drawn to its magnificent decor—very grand indeed. The room itself was simply superb, just like in the photos I took. It was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I slept exceptionally well. The bathroom featured a separate shower and toilet, was spotless, and hot water came quickly. The lounge area and work desk in the room were also very practical. Furthermore, I must give a special shout-out to Ms. Qu at the front desk! Her service was truly outstanding. From check-in onwards, she was incredibly warm and professional, offering a constant smile and making me feel exceptionally welcome. She patiently and meticulously answered all my questions and proactively provided a great deal of assistance. This home-away-from-home service deserves a huge thumbs up from Ms. Qu! In short, it was a very satisfying stay, with impeccable facilities and service. I highly recommend it to everyone! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jilin!"
