看得出是萬科精裝户型，但年頭有點長，傢俱有一些損壞比較明顯，桌子腿都掉了。萬科的户型本身槽點相當多：該房型是聯排躍三層房型，一層是一個帶衞生間的卧室與門廳，面積非常小；三層是一個卧室，二層是客廳與餐廳。房間整體保温做的非常不好，一層卧室緊靠門廳，非常冷可達到保鮮效果，卧室內24小時開空調續命。塑鋼門窗在東北不耐低温易變形，二層陽台門變形導致無法完全鎖上呼呼進風。雖然是聯排，但需要拎着很多行李在室外爬三層樓梯才能到達户門，然後進屋再把行李從一層搬到二層客廳，當時户門積雪埋住了樓梯，家裡幾個人掃了半天才看到台階，小心翼翼的爬到户門邊，比較狼狽。民宿在線服務回覆比較及時，但礙於房間整體問題較多，住了兩天自力更生勉強扛過去了哈哈哈哈哈！可能現在民宿賺錢也難，但房屋該維護的也應該盡力做好，畢竟是做服務業的，松花湖滑雪場似乎不應該配上這種水平的民宿，整體配套真的是應該向崇禮學習一下。

服務非常好，就是晚上洗澡用的熱水器，燒的水不夠用，一家三口洗澡有點不太方便，用了很長時間，整個度假村應該都是熱水器可以理解，過年期間600塊錢中規中矩吧，門口吃的挺多的，位置挺好
