優點：價格公道，交通便利，地段好，裝修可以，洗漱衞浴廁所三分離，服務人員態度好。
缺點：地毯沙發需要徹底清洗了，房間內所有目所能及的抽屜都是假抽屜，這個很奇葩，淋浴噴頭有些年久失修需要更換，且房間供熱水的方式為熱水器燒水，很容易用着用着就沒熱水了，然後要等。電視是tcl的，有開通好會員的愛奇藝和優酷，但因為電視內存衹有4個g，能安裝的軟件很少，且剩餘空間小，所以導致使用上會有卡頓。且電視無論系統和軟件都需要更新了，希望管理人員抽空可以挨個更新一下，更新後的效果明顯要流暢一些。
