#衞生總體來説尚好#服務一定要在入住前電話聯繫，屋主衹用微信溝通，到房門前用密碼開盒取銷匙，很有趣#位置交通火車站東廣場出來就看到大廈，乘火車相當方便，但入城就衹有一路公交33號，但要現金投幣，這路車就是去阿什哈達看霧凇的唯一的公交。#房間設施很大，有廚房設備及冰箱洗衣機，有一台投影儀，暖氣很足。總體性價比很高

希望房間裏收費的東西標註一下價格，毛巾沐浴露等物品都沒用，用了桌邊一個散裝套子，用一個十塊雖然沒多錢但標個價賣多錢都合理！衞生間反味兒一股子s味兒！得虧沒拉s的時候聞到的，不然還以為自己拉s給人拉臭了！純純華萊士品鑒官的小屋！早上九十點隔壁屋子開始叮叮噹噹藝術房屋改造讓住客感受到了週末市中心的繁華！

本來不想評價了，都是做生意都不容易！但是想想就生氣😤破更多的人上當受騙還是評價一下！入住體驗衹能用非常差來形容，一進屋一股噁心的臭味裏面帶着香氣噴霧混合的味道，相當噁心🤢，櫥櫃裏全是打掃衞生撿垃圾的破瓶子垃圾，味道超級噁心！床單被罩也沒換，你讓人怎麼睡覺，一夜沒敢脱衣服，也沒蓋被子，想看看電視吧，是投屏的那種，一打開一點不清楚，看着特別暈，根本看不清，沒辦法衹能關了！在哪裡住一夜回家渾身不舒服，體驗感超級差勁👎！

還行吧，就是屋子裡有一點隱隱的臭味。但是不知道從哪裡傳來的房東放了擴香器但還是會聞到，不過房子位置還不錯，挺乾淨的
