一般酒店都會一張床配2個枕頭 一張床一個枕頭 打電話要 多餘的一個沒有 好不容易剛睡着 大半夜的有人敲門 咱就是説沒訂房的人 能不能問一下再決定讓不讓進 很影響人休息 屋裡連個煙灰缸也沒有 床墊子都是歪歪扭扭的 自己又搬的 太一般了 以後不會去了 前台服務態度還好

客服態度很不好，因為床單破了直接下樓換房間，前台不耐煩的説有事打前台電話，這都破了還能住嗎，保潔換床單的時候看不見嗎？**和攜程裏的評價都是水軍吧。點外賣前台不讓送上樓，下去取的時候發現同樓層就因為是電競房他們就讓送上樓。？？？你要説安全問題也行啊，要麼就都別送上去，還整個房間不一樣，有的能送，有的不行，還是同樓層的，屋裡燈特別暗，還有壞的，衞生間那燈像沒開似的，屋裡小凳子上全是灰，勸大家別踩雷，比他家小的地方都比這好
