Atour Hotels in Jinan

Room was weirdly laid out but not too bad, the window is in an awkward position… they said they upgraded me to a better room but it didn’t feel like a major upgrade. It was still an upgrade though I guess so can’t complain too much. Also the location is great, close to a lot of tourist attractions.. for that alone it’s worth it 100%

Facilities: Very new and equipped with smart toilets, high water pressure and fast hot water. It is worthy of being a spring city. Hygiene: Very clean. As soon as I walked in and opened the curtains, I was surprised to find that the large windows were so clean! Not a single fingerprint! Environment: Very warm and very satisfied. The aromatherapy in the corridor smells great! Service: Excellent! Before coming, I will call in advance to ask what needs I have for the room! The guys at the front desk are also very nice! And they upgraded my room type for free!

The remarks are clearly written (as shown in the picture) do not disturb and put it at the door. The font of the size of the egg note, the front desk staff turned a blind eye, and the result was more than 6 o'clock in the morning for three consecutive days. First, I called to ask if I had ordered a takeaway, and then the staff knocked on the door. I took the child to play, booked breakfast for the child, but I didn't want to wake up the child and hope to give him a rest time, so the staff was directly murdered by me on the first day of this situation; 2. On the first day, I was a staff member who didn't pay attention to the remarks, so why did I call and knock on the door exactly the same for the second and third days in a row? Is it criticized by the guests and don't know how to make annotations or something? This is really incomprehensible. The laundry service is particularly intimate. I took it down and the staff helped to dry it and fold it neatly. This is a very pleasant surprise and I feel very intimate. The smell of smoke in the room I stayed in last week was particularly large and not removed. This week's room was specially treated, which was a progress. We will continue to support Atour, but expect this one to pay more attention to details, after all, a detail that is repeatedly disappointing is enough to make guests abandon their reservations.

I have stayed in many hotels in Jinan, but the facilities are old or the space is small. Atour in west Jinan is really amazing, everyone should try it.

Before checking in, I called to ask if I was driving and needed to reserve a parking space. It was smaller than the Qingdao Sakura I stayed in before. Atour in the town is so much better!

Located next to Daguangyuan, lots of restaurants and street food delicacies. Professional, courteous and prompt front desk, housekeeping and dining service. Clean sheets, linens and towels. Toilet and bathroom are separate which is a plus for us. Room is clean and well soundproofed despite being at a busy intersection.There's a small gym and self service laundromat. Breakfast was great, good variety of local food, fruits, pastries, savories, especially like the noodles and pancakes cooked on the spot. Good value for a 4 star hotel! Highly recommended.
