"Mindy from Guest Relations prepared our room in advance. It had floor-to-ceiling windows with a beautiful view of the city, and the night view of Quancheng Square was stunning. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient! It's only a ten-minute walk to Baotu Spring, and if you want some snacks at night, Furong Street is nearby. It was perfect to just stroll back after eating, no need to bother with a taxi."

"This hotel is fantastic, both in terms of location and service. It's situated right inside Daming Lake Scenic Area. The front desk staff upgraded us to a lake view room with breakfast, and it was so relaxing to sit by the window, sipping tea and watching the pavilions and flowing water 🤭🤭🤭. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, and it's very close to Qushuiting Street. The staff members are all very enthusiastic; they picked us up at the entrance with a golf cart, proactively helped with our luggage, and clearly explained all the important details. They even provided a map of Jinan attractions, which was incredibly thoughtful 👍👍👍."

"Came here with friends based on online recommendations, and this hotel didn't disappoint! It has a great location, making it convenient to get anywhere, and it's close to several attractions. The hotel decor isn't brand new, but it's well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, and with Quancheng Square right downstairs, the night view is truly beautiful. The hotel service is very thoughtful; the front desk was efficient and quick, and Connie, the quality control manager, was warm and attentive. The room she arranged for us in advance was perfect, and the cleanliness was excellent. The bedding was soft and comfortable, helping us recover from a day of hiking. Breakfast offered a rich variety, including local specialties like Sweet Gruel and Bazirou (braised pork), a great mix of Chinese and Western options – we were very satisfied. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, and if I get the chance to visit Jinan again, this will definitely be my top choice!"

"Well located within walking distance to the Jinan west high speed rail. Staff was friendly and helpful in recommending dinner options in the vicinity. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was sufficiently stocked and food was ok. Checkout was a breeze."

Their breakfast, however, was excellent with a wide variety and good taste. Considering the price, it's really good value for a one-night layover. "We booked the Kangyi Connecting Family Room, and it was an excellent choice for a family group. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel generously allowed us to check in early. Even when one of the two rooms wasn’t ready yet, they let us safely leave our luggage so we could head out and tour the city without hassle. The front desk staff speak English, which made everything straightforward. Both rooms were very clean, spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The twin room even had a bath tub, while the other room was thoughtfully designed for older guests or wheelchair users, with supportive handles in the bathroom — a detail we appreciated. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the breakfast buffet at the restaurant offered a convenient start to the day. One of the highlights was that the hotel kindly allowed us a late checkout, which was incredibly helpful since our train ride was scheduled for later in the afternoon. This flexibility made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great hotel for families looking for convenience, comfort, and dependable service. I would definitely stay here again."

"Facilities: The room was exceptionally spacious, and the amenities provided were comprehensive. It definitely has an upscale feel; it must have been quite luxurious when it first opened! Cleanliness: Cleanliness was acceptable. This hotel is admittedly a bit dated, and personally, I'm not a big fan of carpets, especially when they look like they've been there for many years. Carpets like these must be difficult to keep thoroughly clean. The bathroom/shower was also a bit disappointing; the shower head was quite high, and during a shower, the entire bathroom floor would get soaked! Ambiance: The overall ambiance was just okay. There was a noticeable stale smell when opening the door, which might be due to the sealed windows. I'd suggest the hotel consider placing some air fresheners or deodorizers in the rooms. Service: The service was good. Whenever we contacted the front desk, they were always quick to address any issues. Overall: Ultimately, it's just a place to sleep, and for an average person, choosing this hotel is still a decent option, especially given how truly spacious the rooms are. Plus, for its location, the price is very affordable. A cool bonus: the ”Quancheng Eye” observation wheel is right on the hotel's rooftop!"

"My stay at the Sheraton Jinan Hotel was excellent! The hotel is conveniently located at No. 8 Longao North Road, Lixia District, right next to the Olympic Sports Center. The surrounding area offers a wide range of amenities and is very easy to get around. The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was swift. The rooms were stylish and spacious, with very comfortable bedding and a well-designed bathroom featuring separate wet and dry areas. Dining options are diverse; the breakfast buffet offers a delightful mix of Chinese and Western cuisine. The Chinese restaurant serves authentic Lu (Shandong) cuisine, and the Western restaurant also offers excellent steak. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a fitness center. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Any minor imperfections didn't detract from the enjoyment, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."

"Fantastic stay! The free airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless. Staff were genuinely kind and helpful from check-in to check-out. I was warmly welcomed, check-in was quick thanks to pre-prepared paperwork, and I even got a WeChat message to confirm if I needed anything else. The hotel is new, modern, and clean, with a beautiful scent in the hallways that reminded me of Crown Casino Melbourne. Rooms are high-tech with heated toilet seats, and thoughtful touches like free drinks in the lobby and bottled water in the gym and room. They even helped me iron my shirts! Special thanks to Yang Qianqian and Shan Yuming. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Jinan, you won’t regret it.
