The service quality need to catch up with the outlook of the hotel.

Location is great,take only 10 mins walk to lot of tourist attractions and shopping mall, definitely can have a great time of travelling or shopping. Will come Jinan again with my family and this hotel would be my first choice. By the way, the room is a bit tiny, except for it, everything is good.

The room is large and clean. The facilities are complete. The front desk lady is very considerate. I arrived at the hotel very late due to the bus. I asked the front desk for various things, but they didn't seem impatient. They also made up for the afternoon tea before checking out. It was a very good accommodation experience. I will come again if I have the chance.

Ward Hotel is really nice! I went to Jinan University for an exam. After the exam, I was struggling with where to stay. I was very happy to choose Ward Hotel! The environment of the hotel is super design! As soon as you enter the lobby, there is a faint fragrance, which gives people a refreshing feeling! There is also a super large sea ball entertainment field, which is also very good to bring children to live! Although the room is a bit small, the hygiene is excellent! Hand sanitizer, moisturizer, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are all very high-end! Various service details are also great! The takeaway is delivered by a robot! Very convenient! The hotel is strategically located next to Wulongtan, Baotu Spring, Daming Lake and other scenic spots. The service is thoughtful and they took the initiative to upgrade our room type. There is a computer area in the lobby, which is convenient for all workers. Mineral water is free to use (this is very important, Jinan is hot, and the water diversion has increased dramatically). The only drawback is that the room is too small and the smell of smoke is very strong when checking in.
