前台小朱服務態度好，酒店環境很好，整體乾淨整潔，衞生間乾濕分離，洗澡間水温適中，周邊夜市聚餐都很方便。

1.房間很乾凈，窗户大，採光很好。
2.靠近濟大，附近吃喝很方便。
3.洗手池太淺，用水時很容易濺一身水。
4.房間靠近馬路，早晚有噪音。
5.辦理入住之後，外出回酒店，徑直穿過酒店大堂去乘電梯，前台一位男性工作人員攔住我，語氣強烈地連續質問：“你住幾樓？住哪個房間？？辦理入住了嗎？？？”我辦理入住的時候是別的工作人員在，如果我沒入住，不會直接穿過大廳上樓去的。我是住店，不是來偷東西，沒有必要用那種語氣質問我，讓人很不舒服。如果認為要保障客人安全，防止外來無關人員進入，您完全可以把電梯設定成刷房間卡才能乘坐。第一次住酒店遇到這種情況，竟然這樣對客人？我是客人，不是犯人。
