Upgraded to premium room on high floor, big and clean room, got self service laundry. Breakfast is good, value for money. Even though next to Jinan Train Station, but still need to work some distance.

房間其他都還可以，服務差評是給酒店前台服務的！
因為考試定了這家酒店特惠大床，去了給安排到電梯間正對的房間，並且表示特惠房就是這樣的房間，行價格便宜我理解。前台問可不可以給換成兩頭的房間，因為個人比較介意再加上考試，於是詢問能不能換到中間的房間，並且同時在攜程網上看到有雙床房想着要不就重新定這個，前台説沒有雙床了？最後換了一個家庭房，以後直接把房卡往那一放態度冷漠不説話，同時説下次來不想住這種就不要訂特惠房間了😓誰能提前知道你們倆是這樣的？要不你們就在頁面標註好，別整的客人不愉快！或者可以説換房間補差價或者是怎樣，也倒也不必態度如此！真的回來越想越氣！
還有就是詢問退房時間，告知前台要考試詢問退房時間，就説12點退房，第二天瞭解到同住這個酒店的考試同伴都是延遲到2點退房！還能區別對待嗎？？？？唯一的一星服務是給態度很好的保潔阿姨和第二天早上的前台小哥的！

走廊兩側房間一邊向鐵軌，一邊向馬路。向馬路那邊也不算很安靜，但我這種睡眠很弱的人也能睡着。位置很好，火車站步行12分鐘，去坐機場大巴也就步行10分鐘。順利省下50塊錢車錢。
退房的那天早上洗手間下水道突然有反水的味道，嘔。
附近外賣店還挺多，北坦糖油條也能叫到，還有甜沫，試試老濟南的味道。
