For business trips on a budget. It is not an actual hotel but a series of single-room apartments inside a single building. Most of the clients are Chinese nationals with the eventual foreigner. Management does not speak English.

The hotel lady is so friendly。She answard all my askings， guided me some tour sites and how
to go。It located super，a few marts and a restaurant are downstairs。City bus stop is right front。 SUPER！！！

This iis an excellent accomodation in jinan .. very spacious appartment hotel. The caretaker behaviour was so good so helpfull. 7 eleven store and small restaurant are in same building.
Jinan west train station is very nearby..just 15 to 20 RMB taxi fee.. the Room rate is also worth full.
I stayed 2 days here and next week I will stay again 2 days . This is my business trip from india
