一進入酒店就被驚艷到了，建築設計大氣壯觀，地理位置很好，服務熱情周到，房間整潔舒適，歡迎水果貼心，交通便利快捷，距離一些景點很近。酒店人員熱情細緻，早餐精緻，靠窗可以欣賞景色，夏冬梅和金祥龍兩位工作人員為我們提供了很好的服務，感謝每一位工作人員。山東大廈很好，五星好評！

空調不是全天開的 給男朋友爸媽訂的酒店 結果他們晚上熱的睡不着覺也不好意思給我們説 一開始也沒有給酒店説。
説實話第一次見到不全天開放空調的酒店，尤其是幾乎需要1000元一晚的這個檔次。酒店説可以有補償，現在還沒有落實。

從進酒店院子的大門開始就感到非常有氣勢。進入酒店內部，公區的非常有設計感，相比而言房間內部就比較一般了，好在面積還算可以。酒店人員服務到位，特別是陳英，吳桂鋅。另外在節假日房間緊張沒打掃出來的情況下安排到19樓的行政酒廊休息等待，並送了小朋友小禮物，值得肯定。

房間裏的設施很齊全，衞生做的很乾凈，每天都會打掃衞生，每天都有新鮮的水果和水（感謝客房服務人員郭欣慧），房間也很大，酒店超大環境超漂亮，觀光電梯的速度也很快，酒店外面還有小公園，有噴泉和天鵝，吃着早餐欣賞着美景，別提多愜意了，酒店的早餐非常豐富，餐食也很多，能嚐到所有濟南的美食，臨走時還送了好多吃的（由於小卡片丟了，不知道早餐區服務人員的名字）
離千佛山景區很近，距離其他景點也都不遠，打車很方便，除了有點堵車，其他都很好！
因為是親子出遊，酒店給提供了無煙房間、床圍欄、小童拖鞋、小童馬桶圈、小童拖鞋以及洗漱用品等，酒店還有服務的機器人給送外賣什麼的，孩子別提多喜歡了，都不想走了！
此次出遊正巧趕上了結婚紀念日，酒店還精心做了佈置，送了蛋糕、鮮花、還給畫了畫，非常感謝客房服務人員谷夢和莊曉萌，真的太驚喜了、太喜歡了！
酒店所有的服務人員態度都很好，如果有機會來濟南還會再來入住山東大廈！
