條件好壞我就不説了。單對老闆的專業程度説一下，和服務態度説一下。1，我到的比較晚，凌晨才到，到店後，和他説了我是通過攜程定的，他確認預訂的方式是直接讓我出示訂房記錄而不是自己通過系統查看。2.我定的大床房，顯示有窗户，確給了我個小黑屋，先説沒有了，之後説我是網絡訂的，意思就説太便宜了。3.寫着12點退房，我有事情，忘記了，完了半個來小時，之後給他們打電話説，把房間退了，一會給他把房卡送過去。他也不問哪個房間，就説房卡呢，沒有房卡我們怎麼打擾。後面還追一句，你快點阿。4.等把房卡送過去，老闆黑臉説到:都像你這種客人，我們就沒發乾了。……無語
